“Customer Suggestion : When taking orders please do it with the pen & paper for fewer mistakes. Today @ 4:53pm the employee while slicing meat on another order asked me my order then when he got done slicing the meat he put my order on the paper by his memory. When I received my first sub it was incorrect and acted like I didn’t tell him correctly. So they corrected my sub still thinking it was my fault 🤦‍♂️ So this is just a friendly suggestion to take orders with pen and paper in hand. Please & Thank You !“

“Fast food restaurants are not known for having all-star customer service, but I experienced the sweetest, most warm hearted woman in recent memory who prepared our dinner on October 11th, 2024 around 5:00 PM, and I just wanted to compliment and recognize her for how pleasant and caring she was. I didn't catch her name, but she was of Indian descent. I hope she is respected by Subway administration because she clearly is superior to thousands of local fast food employees. “Upkeep of the facility was lacking some was my initial impression. The staff was friendly and offered some recommendations for new customers. They do store their bread in clear trashbags, which was not the best presentation. The subs are surprisingly large so don't let the price be a shock. I believe the prices to be fair for the amount of food you recieve. It did seem to have a steady flow of customers ordering while I dinned in. The food was good but, it isn't my typical "go to" sub styles or toppings I prefer.“

“I tried really hard to find Google reviews for this restaurant but I could not locate it so I will leave my review here. I'm a little late but I'll keep my promise. My boyfriend and I had lunch here yesterday and it was such a nice experience. The '80s and '90s theme is so cool! and the girl behind the counter who took our order was as sweet as could be. I wish I couldn't remember the name of the store owner, and I should have written it down, but what a genuine nice guy! The food was superior! I had the chicken and bacon ranch wrap which was so large that I had to take half of it with me. My boyfriend's Ringo Burger was so delicious and so fresh tasting. We also had the cajun fries and he generously offered a cup of French onion soup for us to try. All I can say is delicious! I would definitely recommend this place and I will be coming back again! “This spot was highly recommended during my visit to metro Detroit. When I let Malayna know that I was traveling back home today, and wanted to travel with my corn beef she immediately went into “let me help her have an amazing experience.” She recommended that I purchase it by the pound to save money as well as stating you’ll want more if you simply by the sandwich. Of course I had to try the corn beef eggroll and to my surprise it was delicious. I will definitely stop back the next time I am in town.“
