They called to let me know their kitchen was having an issue but that they would get everything to me as quickly as possible. And that they did. Everything was delicious, fresh and neatly prepared. They were on time and ready when I arrived and Frank himself helped to load them into my car. “Stopped at their set up in Bowling Green Ohio at the Thayer car dealership. Donuts were a little under cooked for my liking but my son said they were delicious. I ordered 1 bag of powdered. The lady looked irritated that I was ordering. Tossed my order up on the counter and went on with the conversation I had interrupted. She put 1 scoop of powdered sugar on top of the donuts and called it a day Untimely leaving us with 3 powdered donuts and the rest plain. I think a little more effort in creating the dish and interacting with customers could make this truck a very popular snack spot!“

They also tried to change my package as it got closer, despite having signed a contract.
