“Ever since I tried my first burrito at their food truck years ago, best burrito I have ever had. Hands down my favorite go to place for lunch. Owner is a great man. I needed a screwdriver to alter my idling screw on my classic truck and he was more than happy to assist. Carne asada burrito is tops.“

“An out of the way gem tucked into the corner of a tiny strip mall in Spring Lake Park, Mn. Very authentic decor with all the bells and whistles of a true Mexican restaurant. I've only had their taco plate because it's what i love. The fresh vegetables garnishes, the rice and refried beans make for an eye pleasing and taste bud loving delicious delight. Many locals find their way there at lunch time so it's a happy buzzing crowd that loves their great dishes. I'm glad I found this treasure and will indeed be back for more!“

“I happened upon this food truck while shopping in the area and am so glad I did! Without knowing, I caught them right at close but they were still so kind and accommodating. I ordered their al pastor tacos which had amazing flavor!!! My son loved them too and he's a hard critic! I could turn up the heat even more with the salsa they provided. Definitely the best street tacos I've found in Minnesota. I'll be back!“
