They are the reason why me and my wife visit this specific one. The whole experience from when you walk in through the door is a 10/10“

“This place is SO cute. The barista was kind and funny and their drinks are delicious! I will admit this place gets pretty busy so good luck finding a seat on the weekends. Also, the only parking is paid street parking nearby, just as an FYI. Very very cute coffee shop though, and I would absolutely return!“

“Just walked in Friday at 11:45. The guy behind the counter top notch service. Everyone greeted everyone and I just had the best tomato avocado breakfast sandwich ever. It was the hottest I’ve ever gotten it and looked better than the photos. You can tell when people actually care :) another lady politely cut someone’s sandwich how they liked without even being asked. I haven’t seen service This great in so long!!!! It takes a lot to get up and serve people but to do it with kindness is another level! Great job crew working during lunch at 11:45 Friday 5/22/26 !!!! They truly deserve a bonus or something. “It seems like this location is under new management and it shows. They finally are using the dining room, and you can tell that the staff actually cares now. I got a dozen bagels but the box ripped right as I went outside. I was late for a work meeting, and without question the staff replaced them. They turned my morning around, as well as my opinion on this location.“

“5 Star 5 star….5 star!!!!! My traveling partner got into this spot in the wee hours of the morning while I still slumbered. He got bagel. Then when I awoke he staggered into the room and I said let’s EAT! Hungry from dreaming I must’ve been. I said I want me a bagel and some coffee. This ol boy looks down at me (he’s tall) and I can tell he knows the place to go. We gone through the sky tunnels like mice in an enclosure. And out we pop in front of EINSTEIN BROS. Bagels & Coffee!!!! You might even call my buddy Einstein cause he’s a smart fella , wouldnt you agree? I got bagel sangwhich and we got more Cofofo. “I have been going to this Caribou now for about 18 months, almost every other morning (when I am in Minneapolis), and have totally fallen for the staff's awesomely friendly disposition, and find their cheery happy-face drawings on my morning Americano (one splenda, extra extra extra whip) lovely. “I used to dine in there when I lived a block away, now I live on the other side of town, but I hit the drive through, on my way to work. Their service is awesome. They are always very nice, welcoming, professional. I enjoy the grilled cheese sandwich. My absolute favorite, and I highly recommend it to anyone who reads this, is their Chicken Chorrizo Burrito! It’s lower in calories and it has tons of delicious flavors. You can get their hot sauce that comes with it. I guarantee you that your day will be made with this breakfast delight!“
