“Christie is the best waitress!!! She had many tables to attend to and managed everyone's needs expertly. We had pancakes, eggs, three meat skillet, and the fried French toast. The highlight was the three meat skillet. It was a perfect blend of meaty and cheesy flavors amidst hand shredded hash browns. Yum!“

“Stopped here for dinner on a Wednesday evening and was quickly greeted by a nice bartender. We grabbed a table and the server was alone in the place that was quite busy. She did wonderful until her help arrived. Cold drinks and great food. Definitely return here in the future.Dietary restrictions: Not a ton of GF options“

“We were so pleased with our meal here! The cheese curds are some of the best we’ve ever had, splurge and order these for an app! We also got the pork ribeye and cherry bomb burger and both were incredible. Anytime we’re in the area, this will be our first choice!“

“A-Pine is great, hearty, family food fare that will stick to your ribs and hit that comfort food spot we all have. Service is great and the atmosphere is that quirky north woods thing that us locals don’t notice and the tourists come to see. “Paul Bunyan’s Favorite Restaurant” is in a neat A-Frame building with a no-fuss, cozy interior. Be sure to come before 11 (11:30 on weekends) for their phenomenal breakfast. Now serving mimosas and bloody marys/bloody beers!Parking: Plenty of parking spots in the lot, and lots of other areas to park if the lot is full. Please don’t park in neighbors’ drivewaysKid-friendliness: Cozy family restaurant with lots of big tables. “Delicious food and great atmosphere. The place was full but not crowded. Our waitress was absolutely the best. She was attentive but not hovering (she was pretty busy!)The caramel roll was to die for and the pancake, egg, and bacon meal was delicious. My son got the western omelette and was absolutely filled to the gills.NOTE: If you want the two pancake meal, just go ahead and order the pancake, egg, and bacon, because you get the eggs extra for the same price!I would definitely recommend Ganley’s for anyone coming through the area.“

“We come here when we have special occasions, or just in the mood for food that makes you get excited. A refreshing change from the steak and potato options in the area, although they have great steaks, as well. The menu is updated often and we’ve never had anything we didn’t love. We are always left raving about what we ate there for days, excited to get back. The wine selection and cocktails are always on point, as well.Kid-friendliness: Unless your children are adventurous eaters and can sit through a meal without getting antsy, I would not recommend bringing them to this intimate dining setting.“
“Went there for the New Years Eve Buffet. Absolutely delicious. Prime Rib made perfectly, crab legs, ribs, chicken, lobster bisque - all so delicious. And a wonderful assortment of excellent desserts. Doesn't get any better. Couldn't be more impressed. Great great job to the kitchen and wait staff.“

“We had reservations at 6, shows up 10 minutes early and were seated right away. Service was good. I believe they run short handed like most restaurants. I had the Filet and my wife had the salmon both were great. My wife and I visited a second time, a year apart the night before the Super Bowl. I really wanted to give a great review for our second visit but unfortunately that is not the case this time. We were seated write away, took about 15 minutes for a staff member to come to our table. We arrived at 550pm, at 710 pm is when we were served our meal. The restaurant was busy but there were still open tables. My wife had the walleye and her meal was fine. I had the shrimp scampi and Au Gratin potatoes. My shrimp was way overcooked (for the 5 shrimp you get) and warm. My potatoes were cool to slightly warm. Also they had 4 different servers in our section, I believe this is why we never seen our server being we were the only ones he served in this section. I think it would have made more sense to optimize there servers into sections. Just my opinion, but the 2 ladies I seen working the section were always there. All in all I still would go back, I just wish the food would have been hot after all the time we waited.“

“Th warf has good food, awesome staff & their indoor/outdoor seating is great. They are right on the lake, so it's always busy in the summer. They have boat parking and a place to fuel up.Their bloody Mary's are one of the best! Even on a really busy day, the staff was prompt and doing an amazing job.Parking: They don't have a huge parking lot.Kid-friendliness: A few games inside“

“Always welcoming to me and my family! The service is excellent, I usually recommend to my friends and family for delicious food, low key atmosphere and a beautiful spot on the Pine River . The family that owns it makes it a point to get to know you, always friendly and kind. Because they are a family owned restaurant, they make you feel like family. This is my go to for the best all you can eat chicken on Thursday night. I was informed that this has been going on for 40 years! How special is that? When in Crosslake stop in! You will be so happy you did.“
“Great service and food was terrific. I believe there was a change with staff in recent years, cause this place was excellent. Had chicken sandwich, Gouda mac n cheese and burger. Family all gave 5-stars on the food and vibes of Manhattan beach lodge.“

“This is an annual stop when I'm in the area on vacation. I get to connect with friends who gather there every Wednesday for dinner and the meat raffle. Food is good and the service on 10/4 was suburb. I got lucky (REALLY LUCKY) on the meat raffle. Won 4x on $20 in tickets. The raffle supports the Northern Lakes Youth Hockey Association. Oh...and the MN Twins won their wildcard game while we were there...so something else to celebrate.“

“I put a high value on being able to talk to the others at the table and Antlers has always provided that. We did go with another couple, and both ordered similar items off the menu. Unfortunately the walleye and soup was served somewhere between luke warm and cold. I guess room temeprature would best describe it. Being on Valentines Day, we were dissappointed to not find and special meal for two or even any sort of change to their menu. This restaurant has so much potential and yet they seem to do the same menu over and over again which is a little disappointing.“
