“This is definitely the best Caribou in Buffalo hands-down! For a small city that has three of them this is definitely the one you want to go to. My experience with Madison was amazing. She handles good situations and tough situations so well, she is a phenomenal manager. She handles her team with such expertise. I would highly recommend going to this caribou instead of the other ones just because the staff is so friendly understanding and nice!“

“Super impressed for a quick lunch stop during my 8hr drive home. Greeted by a smile from a friendly employee when I entered. Quick bathroom stop in a clean single restroom. Not a fan of self kiosk ordering but very easy and quick option. You can also order from an employee if preferred. 1/2 soup and 1/2 sandwich were delicious and perfect temp. After a relaxing lunch break, I'm refueled and ready for the second half of my journey. Glad I stopped here!“
