Nine Mile Brewing Brewery • $$
9555 James Ave S Suite 290, Bloomington - 5.92 miles

“Welcome to the neighborhood Nine Mile!! First timer…loved the beer, pretzels, popcorn. Very knowledgeable staff. Patio was being constructed when we were there, looks awesome. One suggestion, please consider changing the uncomfortable chairs (tables of two) by the windows looking over the patio. Fortunately, we were able to find bar chairs to move to where we met other customers who moved for the same reason. We’ll be back to enjoy the patio! Cheers!“

Bald Man Brewing Brewery • $
2020 Silver Bell Rd #28, Eagan - 6.84 miles

“This place is hugeeee!!! I went to this location because the "Brickoven Pizza Bus" aka a food truck parks here and serves excellent pizzas at scheduled times during the month. I am not much into breweries, but this one is unique for what I've seen of the place. People were polite, and courteous when I was roaming around on my power scooter I couldn't really do much as the place was packed and couldn't really navigate this place without other customers hitting into me. Maybe one day when it isn't packed to the gills with people might enjoy the ambience here. Being a 100% disabled veteran has its downsides.“

Angry Inch Brewing Brewery • $
20841 Holyoke Ave, Lakeville - 7.32 miles

“Finally made it in yesterday. I really loved the space, so much light w the store front being all windows!! Loved even more that when I glanced around the tap room was regular height tables. Win!! The beertender was helpful and knowledgable, as I asked him about a few beers he pointed out "all the descriptions are pretty accurate." Parking is easy w the shared lot w next door Lakeville Brewery and street parking. I loved the wooden state of MN on the wall w the hop in Lakeville! I opted for the 9.2% Belgian Tripel - Menage A Trois and the refreshing Cerveza Del Lago. As I told my beertender "you are my 280th brewery". At this high of a brewery number I encountered a first.... beer pours are offered as 5oz, a taster size pour or a large 20 oz pour. As someone who most of the time opts for a 10oz tulip pour I was a bit bummed, but in reality w the high Belgian ABV, 5oz was all I wanted of this beer. The 5oz pours are offered at a reasonable $3.I may be the 10oz minority....it's obviously working for Angry Inch to offer these two sizes. In reality it's not something that would deter me from returning, I was just surprised as in all my brewery travels I've never encountered this option. The lights above the tables are fun, bottomless growlers! Thanks Angry Inch for the inaugural visit to your cozy tap room!“

“Laid back environment. There were a couple of families with kids but definitely feel it’s more of an adult place. Great waitstaff. Good drinks. Fantastic food. Generous portions. Lots of side options.Parking: Shares a parking lot with other businesses. Was there on a Sunday at 5pm and had no problem getting a parking spot.Kid-friendliness: The feel is more adult. Bar atmosphere.“

“I love Granite City but the Mothers Day brunch was a little disappointing. In fairness I didn't try everything but most of the food I had was luke warm to cool. Many of the food containers (of what I was wanting) was low or empty. The sausages were great and the prime rib was good. Same with the cheesy potatoes...very tasty!! Bit there was one person trying to make omelets so there was a line ( about 4 to 5 people) and he was trying to run back and forth between that and cutting prime rib! My opinion was it was too much for one person but he was moving as fast as he could!! In all, I will continue to visit Granite City because the food is normally so good but I'll choose days I can order off the menu. The service was fantastic and very friendly. There was LOTS of people there and we were there towards the end which may account for some things!“
