“Almost, forever I’ve hated drive-thru. Totally impersonal & if you don’t get what you ordered, you have to go back through to complain. That being said it took me awhile before I started going to this one in Columbus/Forest Lake. Service was great, friendly & quick, but I still don’t care for the drive-thru.“

“I placed a mobile order in the parking lot, they perfectly nailed my drink on the first go, and it was done before I even walked in. Also lots of indoor and outdoor tables, good for groups of 4 or less. The layout is also very straightforward and it's easy to peruse the merchandise, the mobile orders ready to go, and the available seating as soon as you walk in.“

I’ve seen other locations prioritize drive through above other orders. Which causes long waits.

“The wife introduced me to the dream loungers....this is a life changer for me.My only gripe and the reason I didn't rate 5 stars is the dreamloungers need the reclining button moved. When I am sitting in them I have to constantly make sure my hips aren't hitting the buttons. If the movie takes an exciting moment i always end up hitting the button and it is slightly annoying.“

“I went through Drive-thru. They lady was kind, helpful and no irritation in her voice. Greeted us warmly & inviting. She got the order correct. We didn't have to wait long for her to come to the window, get the payment & hand us our order. She was well groomed. She smiled @ us & thank us for ordering. I'm definitely a Starbucks Fan. I was leary before but, this new Starbucks in North Branch, MN I'd recommend it.“
