“I just had one of the best customer service experiences in recent months. I was having a hard time getting my caribou card to allow me to pay for my order in the app. The gal at the register was super helpful, reminded me of a buy one get one half off deal and was working hard to get orders out. I over heard her supporting her team and keeping them positive. I didn't catch her name but she had long blond braids in and I think her name started with an A. She left me a free drink ticket in my order because I was having a hard time with the app. It was super refreshing to see such great customer service and a hard working young gal at her job! Would definitely return!“

“Always a little bit busy. But it's because the Coffee is the best Around. I ordered online and mistakenly got another task to quickly finish. Ended up taking A lot longer than expected. Oops. My fault. But order was ready right away.
Iced drink was mostly melted my fault but it was still awesome. The gals are always a pleasure to deal with.“

“My preferred Caribou location, no drive through makes this great for mobile orders and in store orders.
I’ve seen other locations prioritize drive through above other orders. Which causes long waits.

“I ordered a caramel latte, and they gave me a caramel Highrise. Which I understand is similar, but it's not the same as what I ordered. Not enough to have them remake it but frustrating as I dont want the whip or extra caramel. I also ordered a large hot cocoa but asked for kids temp and they gave it to us so hot!!“
