“Our Harley Owners group recently hosted an event at Casper’s Cherokee, and I couldn't be more impressed. We utilized their party room, which provided the perfect atmosphere for our group, spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The buffet was outstanding; every dish was delicious, fresh, and kept well-stocked throughout our stay. What truly set the experience apart, however, was the exceptional service by our server, Barb. The staff was attentive and greeted everyone with a genuine smile, making sure our needs were met without us even having to ask. “Everything was good great atmosphere. Steak and sides were also great. My one complaint is on menu and online offer japanese a5 wagyu which they do not have. I settled for the filet, they need to remove that since they do not have what is advertised. That is what I wanted to order until we were in restaurant and found out that they don't have a true japanese a5 steak to offer.“

“Celebrated 2 Birthday’s and the food was fabulous. Started with a Blooming Onion which was very good. Shrimp skewers on seasoned rice was excellent along with fresh green broccoli and a salad which I took home. Portions are big. Enough for a second meal.And a complimentary ice cream sundae. Fresh made rolls were excellent as well. Service was superb. Fun place to celebrate any occasion The other 3 people at our table enjoyed the shrimp, 6 oz filet and salmon. Will definitely be returning. Very attentive staff!“

“After being greeted and shown to our table by the host, an unsmiling, non-talkative slug with the personality of a dump truck, it was a great dining experience. Our server, Hope, was beyond amazing. She put on a masterclass of hospitality and genuine friendliness. She's also an admirer of nice watches, (wink). The beef stroganoff was the best we've experienced with the homemade noodles and succulent beef tips. The prime rib was equally impressive with an insanely flavorful outer crust and tender, buttery meat with each bite. The interior was like going through Narnia's closet. Leaving the noise and bustle of the Mall of America, into an atmosphere of warmth and aesthetics offering visual comfort that set the tone, not to mention the pleasant aroma of sumptuous food that hits you as soon as you cross the threshold.“

“I think this is one of the best steakhouses around. The food is always delicious and appealing. The wait staff are well trained and know the menu so are able to answer specific questions about food options. It's a little pricey, but it's always a fun place to visit for a special event.“

“Wait staff were very friendly and attentive while not being intrusive. They took my allergies seriously and were way more concerned than I have ever experienced eating out. I cannot eat seafood and they let me know they always use specific grills for each type of protein. So if you can't eat pork do not worry about cross contamination as the steak has it's own grill as does the chicken etc. The fries were soft fluffy inside and crunch but not over fried outside. The waitress did say that changes with the cooks. Husband had new York strip and Mac n cheese, I had pork chop n fries. He said the Mac n cheese is a must have if you don't have dairy issues. Seriously the mains were good but he is still talking about the Mac n cheese and going back for it when we are near here again.“

“Food was good, but not something we would have about. Specials are reasonable especially for airport eating. Staff friendly and attentive enough. Not very busy when there so felt not a bad spot to sit and enjoy food while waiting for flight.
