“My husband and I were in Eagan visiting his parents and I wanted some sushi to-go for dinner once we got home (which is all the way out in Rockford area). I'm so glad I found this place! The service was wonderful; the cashier was so kind and friendly (I am terrible remembering names but she said she used to be a teacher for many years). The place was very clean and we were very impressed with the quality of the take out menu. The food was fantastic! I bought the Salmon Lovers Combo and even my husband who isn't a big fan of sushi (especially raw sushi) greatly enjoyed the Sunshine Roll. I normally don't eat wasabi a lot since it's so overpowering, but I imagine their wasabi is house made because it was creamy and smooth. I am SOOOO sad there is not a Fuji Sushi closer to me. Would love to stop by regularly.“

“It seems there's some confusion between Hiko Sushi, an independent sushi restaurant, and Hissho Sushi, the sushi bar located inside Lunds and Byerlys Eagan. Hissho Sushi partners with Lunds and Byerlys and does not serve their sushi on plates, as shown in the photos and reviews.“

“I love this place. When it comes to sushi I'm like a bottomless pit. A normal Japanese sushi place will charge per plate then I'm bankrupt. A Chinese buffett doesn't serve the japanese standard of sushi. This place is the best of both worlds during lunch. All you can eat and affordable. Also, its much easier to converse with people when you don't need to get up every 10min to the buffett.

Once I came during dinner and they have more variety and specialty items so it's still worth the price. Waiters have always been polite and attentive.“

“I've never been disappointed at Bagu! We had the split corn-on-the-cob special appetizer with parmesan and a delicious sauce - an amazing way to end the corn season. “Absolutely amazing place, I’m an international student from the uk and I went to buy some sushi and realised they were closed, however they told me to pick up what I needed… without a doubt the friendliest service I’ve ever encountered inside and outside of an airport. Had great conversations with the staff and they even came and found me when they were off their shift to say goodbye and gave me a gift. Absolutely amazed with their friendly nature and kindness. I sat at the bar and was immediately impressed by the bartender — professional, courteous, and genuinely attentive. I ordered the Bison Burger and the Caprese Flatbread — both were absolutely delicious. The burger was juicy and flavorful, and the flatbread was fresh and perfectly balanced with basil, tomato, and mozzarella. “NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !! They were randomly closed on a Wednesday, which is fine, however their website DID NOT provide this information ! I ordered my food, they took my money, and the confirmation said that the pick up would be the following day . So I went to the location to see what was going on and that's when I saw the sign in the window claiming they were closed . They have NO option to cancel your order once you've made it so I had to wait to the following day to call . They refuse to refund me my money - I'm only in office one day a week , I'm not driving 35 minutes to pick up food that I wanted the day before ! Whoever answered the phone kept talking over me and cutting me off , she admitted that they don't have a way to cancel an order once it's made (which is ridiculous, I could've just canceled it that day and we wouldn't be in this situation ) I explained to her over and over again that their website DID NOT state that they were closed but she didn't care ! Long story short they got $20 out of me and lost a customer for life !“

“I can’t believe no one has reviewed this place or that it took me years to finally go here. Their All-you-can-eat-sushi is AMAZING. I went there for dinner with a friend and it was only $29. I actually felt like I was taking advantage of the place. The menu includes so many options; the rolls looked beautiful and tasted even better. The sashimi pieces were large and delicious. The fish all tased very fresh. It wasn’t terribly busy but our server Lulu checked up on us just as we were finishing our serving to see what else we wanted so there was a steady stream of food coming our way. She was very friendly and happy to answer questions. You do have to finish your servings though. Like, it is actually policy. Not a problem, though. No fish gets left behind! If you love sushi then you really need to come to Samurai. I have tried almost every place around and this has been one of, if not THE best of them all and easily top of the list for the price!“
