Today was a busy day and they were short on staff, so delivery times were pushed back. I called the store to see where in the process mine was. The gal who answered was so kind and professional. She informed me that mine was next to go out. It was to my office pretty quickly after that call. The gentleman that delivered it is always so professional and sweet.
