Like others have said, delivery time is very long, over an hour both times we’ve done it for work. When I called to check if everything was alright, it seems like this is completely normal for them. Go in person!

Freaky Frustrating! We've ordered delivery from this location many times over the years, but those days are over. For the 2nd time in recent memory delivery took over an hour. This time we waited 2 hours and had to call multiple times, the last one 2 mins before closing to request a refund. No dinner.Putting a blanket banner on the ordering system of possible delays (which they've done for awhile now) doesn't excuse a 2 hour wait. I love JJ’s. Good food + clean place but service was perplexing. I was shouted at to “Get Out!” after a guy working by the sink saw me leave the bathroom but didn’t recognize me just dining in 20 minutes earlier and preceded with the message that bathrooms are only for customers. After I told him I had a receipt, he did not even apologize that he did not recognize me on top of scolding at me. Probably won’t be coming back here.
