My sister did an online order and an hour later still hadn't showed up.She called the location and the young lady issued her a credit. We ended uo going to Jimmy's and just ordered our food and this young lady really turned a bad experience into a major positive. She didn't make any excuses, she apologized, they made our food,she had a smile the entire time and literally made us forget we were annoyed about having to come pick food up. If everyone treated one another like this the world would be a greater place! These guys are awesome, thanks for the positive interaction.“

“I like this place I came in about once a week while I’m running errands. The foods good but I had an odd experience because I didn’t give the employee my sandwich toppings in the right order. I’ve been coming here since it opened and going to sandwich shops all my life and I’ve never had an employee get annoyed with me because I didn’t give my toppings in the right order and all I was doing was going by how they had the ingredients laid out. It just like an strange experience and not what I’m used to since this place usually has a pretty good atmosphere and friendly staff.“

“The team at the Highland Park St. Paul location is exceptional! Every staff member was warm, welcoming and genuinely engaged. The energy in the restaurant was so positive that I actually hadn’t planned to stay and eat, but the environment pulled me in.

It was honestly fun to watch the team together so seamlessly - welcoming and chatting with each guest while simultaneously prepping, building sandwiches, cooking, checking out customers, and keeping the space clean. Everyone seemed to move through each part of the process with such ease and attentiveness, and it created a really enjoyable atmosphere.

“We had a large order of 17 boxed sandwiches for a church event, and the team at Jersey Mike's in Richfield did an outstanding job. When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile, and the entire experience was positive from start to finish.

Our order was ready right on time, well organized, and complete. I especially appreciated that the gluten-free sandwiches were clearly labeled along with all the other varieties, which made it super easy for people to choose the kind of sandwich they preferred. The staff was pleasant, helpful, and even brought everything out to our vehicle.

“Really glad that Mama's Market is in the neighborhood. The sandwiches are well made with slightly spicy mama's sauce. I really liked the green smoothie, though it was a little sweet. I also liked the range of groceries and household goods available there. Prices are low to medium. They have bags of plantain chips on the shelf, bulk and 2 lb. bags of yellow split peas (vatana dal) and red lentils (masoor dal). They have many more grocery items that constitute African and America cuisine.“

“I’ve seen this place all over Instagram, so I finally decided to check it out and see if it lived up to the hype. I found free street parking & I ordered on the kiosk it was quick and efficient. And the staff cooking in the back were friendly. My sandwich was made fresh to order, came out hot, and took less than 10 minutes to prepare.

I tried the Cry’N Eggy, personally, it wasn’t quite as spicy as I was hoping for, and I could have done without the arugula. That being said, it was still a really good breakfast sandwich. It was wet without being too messy, I really enjoyed the garlic aioli, pepper jack cheese, toasted bun, and fluffy egg.

Overall, I can see why people talk about this place so much. I’d definitely come back to try another sandwich and would recommend giving it a try if you’ve been curious about the hype.“

“Guys when I tell you this was the best service I’ve ever had at a restaurant I mean it. I walked in a little late at around 8:30 pm and drew and Ben were working. This was my first time ever in a jersey mikes and I had no clue that to get. Drew and Ben gave me very good advice on what sandwich to get and they were both so polite! I asked for there names to leave a review and I 100% think they should get employees of the month. I will be coming back as soon I’m in the area again! “The younger guy with brown hair was awesome. He did all the work while the other worker didn’t even help him. That guy deserves a raise! Even with him being by himself he still had great customer service. I hope he gets recognized and that other worker shouldn’t work there if she’s not even going to help the person doing all the work out. The bread was fresh and delicious and the veggies were fresh as well. I wish Subway’s proteins were a little better (the tuna is the cheap brown flake stuff), but our food was good! “I have been there 5 times and left 4 of the 5 because of the lines. With that being said, last week I stayed and waited almost 2 hours between ordering and getting my food. I try to support all black owners business however you all have been opened for a few weeks now, you see what kind of lines you have and yet you still only have 1 cashier and 1 person on personal phone calls and passing out food. While I waited in that line for over an hour just to order, after I ordered a friend of the girl who does nothing but talk on the phone and pass out food came in and she allowed him to bypass everyone else who was waiting and gasp she actually rang him up. This is horrible. I will not be back but I do wish you much success“

“In Minneapolis skyway close to Target Store. Had Philly cheesesteak and it’s very good. The price for the large sub was $14, still cheaper than the overpriced and unethical Subway in Northeast Minneapolis on Central. Really, the skyway location most likely has higher rent.“
