My sister did an online order and an hour later still hadn't showed up.She called the location and the young lady issued her a credit. We ended uo going to Jimmy's and just ordered our food and this young lady really turned a bad experience into a major positive. She didn't make any excuses, she apologized, they made our food,she had a smile the entire time and literally made us forget we were annoyed about having to come pick food up. If everyone treated one another like this the world would be a greater place! These guys are awesome, thanks for the positive interaction.“

“Crazy how I underestimated Jersey Mike’s! I went for the first time recently, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I ordered a tuna salad sandwich, and the fact that they make their tuna in‑house was a huge bonus. The staff member even recommended the best bread for it and kindly explained that they don’t use a toaster. They answered all my questions with patience.

When I took the first bite, it genuinely surprised me — it was so delicious. The celery added the perfect crunch. If you love tuna, you need to try it.

I’ll definitely be coming back. So happy to have this spot in the Frogtown community. Such a bright place ❤️✨🙏“

“First time visit to this location. Shoutout to Lexi for being friendly and energetic. She double checked the order every step: toppings add/removed, toasted, needing a drink carrier, etc. Hit every mark for making sure the order was correct. I saw the manager quickly respond when called for (to receive a delivery) and the man doing bike delivery got on register and assisted the next customers promptly when he arrived back. Really nice to see the team was in good spirits and invested with their work quality. Thank you Lexi!“

“Had the Cuban and the Zamboni Dip. The Cuban was one of the best I have had in years, perfect bread, generous meats, and great taste. The Zamboni was also excellent. A bustling little place with a few counter spots to eat. Lots of hockey memorabilia, fun environment. Worth a bit of a drive. Prices are reasonable considering the quality.“

“I've always been a fan of the sandwiches at Jersey Mike's, but this is more of a shout-out for the people that work at the Roseville, MN location. The people who work there are always friendly, willing to joke around and create a really fun atmosphere while making you a big ole sandy. Hats off to you guys. “When I was at this jersey mikes they were super busy and I grabbed the wrong order. When I noticed this I called the store back and spoke with Eric and Ceaser and explained to them what happened. They offered a refund or for me to come back. I was super hungry so obviously I went back. By the time I arrived my sandwich was coming off the grill. They gave me the sandwich with a smile and apologized for the mistake.“

“My BLT was excellent. I asked for exactly what I wanted and that's what I got. However, the worker was not friendly and wouldn't even tell me what the total was and just walked away at the end when I said Thank you. I'm a very nice person and I like to get along with people. But for some reason she didn't like me.“

“The person working the deli slicer, maybe the shift leader, during the evening on 09/13/25 had a bunch of online orders. He still greeted me, took my order and worked it in flawlessly into all of the other online orders, while directing another employee on efficiently making all these sandwiches. Which is already just A+ effort!

And then I told him the wrong toppings and he just offered to make a new one without any hesitation. It was my mistake and dude just worked this new remake back into the system. This guy was locked in and I can't even tell you how refreshing that is to see in the fast-casual restaurant setting.

“Went in tonight about an hour before closing. Expectations were low because it was slow, close to closing time, “fast food.” Service could not have been better - Max and Magic were great! I was so impressed I asked for their names to write this review. Food was great too for an added bonus.“

“The mamas making sandwiches at Mama’s market so nice and generous. We enjoyed two of the very delicious and reasonably-priced sandwiches and finished off our meal with Ethiopian coffee service. The coffee was so strong and aromatic. Though it’s new to the Midway, it really feels like part of the neighborhood serving neighbors!“

“Stefan and Zach are exactly the ambassadors for the Subway brand that you want. After a multiple disappointments today between the app glitching and another store being out of bread and having to change locations, I decided to go to my neighborhood store. I have never been disappointed by the service at this location. Staff is always friendly, helpful and usually has something kind to say to brighten your day. After three strikes today with the subway brand the Cahill location hit a home run just by listening and having a kind word. Good job guys!“

The owner has worked here for decades. He cares about his store and it shows. Yes, he works at his own store. Great guy. This is my preferred location.“

“We ordered DoorDash today and the driver delivered the wrong order, blaming the restaurant and it being busy. DoorDash gave us a full refund and I called the restaurant to let them know about the mix up in case the other person called wondering what happened. Ms. K answered and was nothing but kind and patient, offering to bring us the food herself once the lunch rush died down. 30 minutes later she arrived at my house with the food, and extra cookies! I cannot stress enough how much we appreciated her going above and beyond. What an amazing manager!“

“My daughter and I got sandwiches to go. She got the steak flatbread and I got the tuna on Italian. We expected Subway and we got Subway! The bread was fresh and delicious and the veggies were fresh as well. I wish Subway’s proteins were a little better (the tuna is the cheap brown flake stuff), but our food was good! “This is one of my favorite sandwich chains. Before I had food sensitivities, I used to love getting the 1/2 sandwich and soup cup combo with chicken and dumplings soup or cream of chicken wild rice soup. I can no longer have wheat, so I like that they have a pretty good GF bread here. This store location has very limited hours, and I felt the food was quite overpriced ($16 for sub, chips, drink combo with a mediocre tasting sub), but I was pleased with good customer service as the worker agreed to serve me 2 min before close and was quite quick making my sandwich (very simple order at least.) I enjoyed the outdoor table.“

“In Minneapolis skyway close to Target Store. Had Philly cheesesteak and it’s very good. The price for the large sub was $14, still cheaper than the overpriced and unethical Subway in Northeast Minneapolis on Central. Really, the skyway location most likely has higher rent.“
