I got in a very long line for the first drive thru until a worker asked if I was paying with cash or card. I said card. They then told me that there was no wait at the second drive thru window and I proceeded to leave the super long line and made my way to the second drive thru. But omg, there was no line! It was much faster than the first drive thru. Took my order at this little hut and instructed me to park in a selected number parking spot. I ordered a cheese burger kids meal. I didn't have to wait that long and definitely beat the first drive thru line. There were a couple of guys directing cars and making sure nobody but cars that ordered from the hut was able to park in the selected number of parking spots. “The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

He turned around and threw the sandwich to a back counter and had a small fit. Told one of the other employees I told him the wrong sandwich (almost got me heated up). The fries are crisp and lightly salted. I first tried Raising Cane's in Omaha, NE. It's a consistent quality at each Cane's I have been to. The 3 Finger Combo is much better than comparable items at places like Chik-Fil-A, or KFC. I haven't heard that they are phobic of specific communities either, so that's a huge plus as well. The service is great every time. I liked the spaciousness yet comfortability of the restaurant. “This is our neighborhood store and we've never had anything but good experiences. But tonight I ordered a mini Reese's blizzard before realizing it is $5.00 for that tiny cup! So I figured it would be my last, but then the girls working gave me a cup with all ice cream and just a dusting of Reese's. We were waiting for my son's blizzard and no one was waiting, so I showed it to them and asked what happened, especially given how expensive it is. The 3 girls argued with me that "a mini gets one scoop" and there actually was candy, even if it couldn't be seen or tasted. Finally one admitted that it was the end of the day (it was 8:00), so the Reese's was almost empty. I asked if I could just have my money back and they gave me the refund with no problem. But I wish they had just said they were out instead of giving me an expensive cup of ice cream, then trying to convince me there was invisible candy. I know these are kids working and I don't usually complain, but this seems like something to mention and I know some people wouldn't be as patient, especially when being told they just couldn't see or taste it!“
