My sister did an online order and an hour later still hadn't showed up.She called the location and the young lady issued her a credit. We ended uo going to Jimmy's and just ordered our food and this young lady really turned a bad experience into a major positive. She didn't make any excuses, she apologized, they made our food,she had a smile the entire time and literally made us forget we were annoyed about having to come pick food up. If everyone treated one another like this the world would be a greater place! These guys are awesome, thanks for the positive interaction.“

“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

“I got the triple berry crepe with dark chocolate sauce and it was delish!! The star of the plate was the unassuming whipped cream. I’ve never had whipped cream like it before and it’s honestly the best I’ve ever tasted so don’t skimp on it. I also tried one of the croffels and was blown away by the many layers familiar to croissants made crispy by being cooked in a waffle iron. I can’t say enough about the flavors and textures experienced at Paris Crepes & Boba Tea. The cherry on the top is the speedy and friendly service. “I actually really like chick fil a for their breakfast chicken biscuit with egg and cheese, it's very tasty and the biscuit itself is delicious, however I went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 chicken breakfast biscuits with egg and cheese, so imagine my surprise when I got home and handed my daughter a biscuit and neither biscuit had chicken, which of course I paid for. I did call the store and was told she would put 2 free chicken breakfast biscuits on the app for me, which either never happened or I don't know how to find them. No one has time to sit and open each item to be sure you've received everything you've paid for, but I guess if I want that delicious breakfast chicken biscuit with fluffy egg and cheese, it's what I'll have to do. Stay alert!“

“Lost my comment. Try again. On May 19th a group of family members went to the Bloomington Culvers. We were celebrating my grandsons grade school concert. I was unable to go up front to order and my son asked if someone could help me. Jose (spelling) I believe was the night manager. He came back to my table and took my order. He was so gracious and kind. I so appreciated his help. I didn't have the right walker and it would have been difficult without help to go up front. I can't thank him enough. It is so nice to go to a restaurant and know everyone is so friendly and willing to make your experience a good one. Thank you Don and Misty for such a wonderful crew. Now if you only had your fried chicken back on the menu, my favorite. See you soon“

“The best DQ in the state. Something about the soft serve that stands out from the rest. I think it is the setting of the temperature and moisture control. They get it perfect. Also the service is quick and very friendly. He hires local kids and treats them well and they aer trained well.“

“Today 4-20-2025 I went to this location two young girls were working around 1:30 pm and I order a small Oreo Blizzard but was charged for a Medium size instead. I come here for weeks now and I know how much for the small and it’s 4.69. and not 5.15. Any ways update: 4-22-2025 around 2pm went to this location and told them about this small incident and younger lady cashier she apologized and So I bought a medium sized Oreo blizzard and got a upgraded to large to balanced it off. “Clean with quick service. Count on this restaurant to deliver the expected Cane’s quality — fresh hot chicken that’ll burn your fingers even 5-10 mins after you get your order! Can be stingy on ketchup packets with take-out tho, so you should ask for a specific amount of packs instead of just asking for ketchup“

“Weirdly cozy, clean, and inviting given that it's a fast food place. The lighting and ambience made it feel welcoming, unlike the cold, bleak, and sterile McDonald's vibe of today which makes you want to get in and out as quickly as possible. I actually saw a guy sitting at a booth working on his laptop, which makes sense as the soft lighting gives the place an almost coffee shop-like feel. They were playing light 70s music too, which gave me a wholesome nostalgic feeling. Someone who I assume was the manager was going around asking people how their food was, politely and attentively. In summary: This Arby's pleasantly surprised me enough that I took the time to write a Google review, lol“

“The store in St Paul needs to take notes from this location

Ordered the chicken breast sliders. First question they asked was did I want the honey mustard sauce. I said no and they didn’t put it on there. While the service did take a hot minute I was understanding as they did have a few cars ahead of me. I would revisit this store in the future.“

“Went to this location tonight and saw some incredible training in action. The new recruits were very friendly, obviously taught to them buy the managers on duty. My faith in humanity was also restored when I saw them bring a meal to a gentleman outside the restaurant that was clearly in need. They invited the man in as he appreciatively devoured the meal. I recommend this Arby's in particular based off these actions alone. I apologize that I didn't get the names of the staff.“

“I like this place I came in about once a week while I’m running errands. The foods good but I had an odd experience because I didn’t give the employee my sandwich toppings in the right order. I’ve been coming here since it opened and going to sandwich shops all my life and I’ve never had an employee get annoyed with me because I didn’t give my toppings in the right order and all I was doing was going by how they had the ingredients laid out. It just like an strange experience and not what I’m used to since this place usually has a pretty good atmosphere and friendly staff.“

“We go here waaaaaay more often than I care to admit and I have to say, every single time is a joy. Not just because the food is amazing (and consistent) but because the staff are truly kind and attentive! There is always someone walking around, wiping down tables. We are always greeted with a smile. One time, my youngest daughter told one of the workers that she wanted to work at Culver’s when she grows up and they brought her a flippin’ hat! How cool is that? I mean, it’s just par for the course with this place. Phenomenal staff, great food, and our family always leaves happy.“
