“First off, I would highly recommend this restaurant. The value is great. With that said, the wait staff was very pushy; if the chef left this place wouldn’t be worth a thing.“

“NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !! They were randomly closed on a Wednesday, which is fine, however their website DID NOT provide this information ! I ordered my food, they took my money, and the confirmation said that the pick up would be the following day . So I went to the location to see what was going on and that's when I saw the sign in the window claiming they were closed . They have NO option to cancel your order once you've made it so I had to wait to the following day to call . They refuse to refund me my money - I'm only in office one day a week , I'm not driving 35 minutes to pick up food that I wanted the day before ! Whoever answered the phone kept talking over me and cutting me off , she admitted that they don't have a way to cancel an order once it's made (which is ridiculous, I could've just canceled it that day and we wouldn't be in this situation ) I explained to her over and over again that their website DID NOT state that they were closed but she didn't care ! Long story short they got $20 out of me and lost a customer for life !“

Ichhido Ramen is a must-visit for ramen lovers! We started with the cucumber salad and pot stickers — both were fresh and delicious. The ramen was amazing, with rich broth and perfectly cooked noodles. The service was friendly and attentive, making the dine-in experience even better. “This is my favorite place to grab lunch on the weekdays. Quick and easy ordering through a kiosk. Food comes out quite quickly. I highly recommend the volcano roll, it’s an explosion of flavors in your mouth. Very fresh fish, friendly staff, and the music makes you want to dance!! For non sushi eaters- they have chicken options, the bang bang chicken bowl is another favorite.“

“This is a great place that doesn't get enough love. Everyone knows customer service has declined nearly everywhere the last few years but this place is an exception. We were greeted with smiles by the staff, sat promptly, well attended to by our hibachi chef and our server. Food is great. Reasonably priced. Seriously good experience every time we visit. It was me, my wife, and our 5 kids. They were patient and accommodating. More importantly they seemed genuinely happy to have us as guests. It is refreshing to know good service still exists.“

“The service here is top tier! Quick service, fun experience and well trained friendly employees. The sushi, salad, chicken, steak and white rice was great. The soup was absolutely nasty I tried one sip and almost threw up. The fried rice wasn’t good at all and lastly the noodles and veggies were bland. Overall this place is worth the money you are paying and the service is truly great. I just wish some food items were better.“

I forgot what I ordered but it was so good with the wasabi in the burger which gave it a very interesting yet addicting taste. “My friend and I went to the west end location for lunch. We got the hurricane and the cherry blossom rolls. They were so delicious. FYI the rolls are big but we should’ve ordered three rolls, two wasn’t enough in my opinion. I think the bill was around $20 each. Kinda a lot for lunch but sushi isn’t cheap.“

We love visiting Kura Sushi Bar at MOA! This baby-friendly restaurant is a gem. The staff are incredibly nice and accommodating, making sure our little one feels welcome.

The food is exceptional - we enjoy everything on the menu! It's reminiscent of our favorite sushi spots in Japan.

One suggestion: would love to see green tea machines at each table, like in Japan, for an added authentic touch.

We adore the unique ordering system via the train and screen. It's seamless and fun!

Overall, Kura Sushi Bar is a must-visit for sushi lovers. 10/10, we'll be back!

We had never been here before, so I played it safe and got the pad thai (best pad thai i've had in years) and I am SO eager to return and try more dishes, and some sushi! My partner got the Japanese beef bowl and it was rich and flavorful, with an unexpected ginger flavor under the tender beef and onions. Gyoza was stellar as well as was the Japanese hot tea. Bonus: The couple next to us was raving about their curry as well, and it definitely piqued my interest.

“This place impressed me for being more of a fast food hibachi place. The lady at the front counter was helpful in answering my questions and they were super quick at making my food. The food itself was on par with what I expected. Sitting down to watch people go by was a nice change from being the person that walks by. I'd go back anytime I need a quick and authentic hibachi meal.“

“This place was such a great surprise considering its location. It's on Lake Street and I normally wouldn't be found anywhere near this location. It's not the best part of town. But this place blew me away. It was clean friendly and the food was actually really good not to mention a really fair price. Would recommend the eggrolls so flavor the pork and broccoli the fried dumplings with dipping sauce. I was also surprised at the seafood options like huge easy peel shrimp again great value. You might not want to stay in this part of town long but if your hungry I definitely recommend this place

“This place is awesome! Definitely hits the spot when you don’t want to spend $$$ on a sit down hibachi restaurant. I will say they cook it kinda plain on its own, but that leaves opportunity to add whatever sauces you want. If you want it to be typical hibachi taste get a yumyum sauce, teriyaki sauce, and some soy sauce. The workers on the register aren’t much of a help most of the time. They actually can be very dismissive if you have problems so try and talk to the manager/owner when you have issues. Besides that this place is awesome and definitely worth every penny.“
