“We had a fantastic time! I really appreciated the wide selection of beers on tap, featuring both local and out of state options. The food was excellent as well. We sampled a mix of traditional and exotic bratwurst. Among the unique offerings, we tried the smoked elk, which was tasty but didn’t quite blow us away. I loved the range of toppings available; we opted for bacon-braised sauerkraut and fresh onions, which complemented the flavors nicely. We also enjoyed a classic beer brat, a mac and cheese brat, and a Korean burger. I don’t believe the prices are bad because the food is leveled up. Overall, this place is a wonderful spot for exceptional beers and a creative twist on pub fare.

“My wife and I really like this place! We recently attended their "OcktoBeer Meat Feast" and had a great time, wish we could've have stayed longer! We bought 2 Growlers 1-similar to a "Lonely Blonde" for my wife, and 1-"Peanut Butter & Jelly Stout", OMG their beer is soooooooo good! The owners are super nice people, and really have a passion for making their customers feel special (as we both did)! Did I mention how good their food trucks are, every week something new & delicious from Mexican to Beef Brisket, Sushi, Desserts, you name it! A hidden gem in the northwest suburbs, right across the highway from Kare 11. Will definitely be back! I give it the "Riffmaster General" 5-Star approval rating because they also played great classic rock over the speakers while there and live entertainment during "OktoBeer Meat Feast".“

“As out of towners, we weren’t sure about this place based on outside and location. But wow! The inside is gorgeous, every food item was delicious (we split a buffalo chicken wrap, French dip, tots and cup of soup). Our waitress Jackie was awesome! “Stopped in for a bite of breakfast after visiting the Eloise Butler bird sanctuary. The food and the view was amazing. I wish I lived here so I could come back every weekend. “I am sure many reviews begin this way, but it’s true here: I rarely write reviews. We visited the Rochester location on 5/18, and we were immediately pleasantly greeted. The entire menu looks so tasty, so I ended up ordering a Wedge Salad, the Five Cheese Macaroni & Cheese to split, and a 60/40 with Truffle Fries. I LOVE Wedge salads, but this one, this one was special - the most delicious wedge salad I’ve ever eaten. The addition of the dill was unexpected but soooo welcome. The macaroni portion, even as split, was so generous and very tasty. The truffle fries were very flavorful, and the burger - I am ashamed to say I can’t attest to it because my eyes were much larger than my stomach & I had to take it to go. The rest of the crew with me all agreed their food was also delicious. If we ever have the fortune to travel back to the area, we agreed we would all come back to Red Cow. Our service was also top notch, I wish I could remember our server’s name. She was very sweet!“

“I came here for the first time last week and I am so happy I decided to dine. The staff was absolutely phenomenal. Cyrus our waitstaff was very attentive, knowledgeable and outgoing. He explained everything in depth and provided recommendation based on our interest. He inquired about our dietary restrictions as well which made his recommendations even more personable. I ordered the sweet potatoe korokke, maitake karaage and the mentaiko lumache. My partner ordered the pork gyoza and the squid ink peppardelle. Everything we ordered arrived prompt and was absolutely phenomenal! The sweet potatoe korokke and the maitake karaage was my favorite due to the flavour, presentation as well as the texture. I enjoy crunchy yet flavourful dishes. I also LOVED the mentaiko lumache, it was very creamy and light. I would absolutely return as this is one of my favorite restaurants. Highly recommend due to service and the quality of the food.“

“Edit: I finally dined there. The food was fantastic, my wife loved the onion rings and the careful service that we were given. Burgers were great. Coleslaw was actually refreshing, and not mayo dumped. Matt and his staff gave us a wonderful time on New Years Day. I will be back, with a bottle of heinz which is a small complaint.

Edit: The manager was very very prompt in responding to my email in resolving this year. In prompt it was less than about 30 minutes when I reached out via email. Which is actually, pretty darn impressive nowadays to take responsibility instead of passing the buck. They get five stars now.

I made Christmas reservations only to learn less than three days before Christmas that they weren't actually open. Their site allowed me to make a reservation. I called them to confirm if they were closed as I found out not from them at all. They did confirm it, and then laid blame on my insisuating that since they've never been open for Xmas, I should of known. Okay, then tell that to your reservation page.Pathetic service right before the holidays.

Even after I called and said it was taken down. It's still up allowing others to book a reservation. I hope there ain't some family that shows up expecting a reservation thay never should of been placed.“

“We held our company Christmas Party at their beautiful restaurant and had such a great time! The staff were so attentive and wonderful to interact with throughout the whole evening! We ordered an array of food and our employees couldn’t stop talking about how fantastic the prime rib and KFC (Korean fried cauliflower) were! The talk around the shop about this event and the delicious food went on for days! We all had such a great experience from start to finish. They made it so easy to plan, set up, host and tear down. We would highly recommend anyone looking to host a party to come here! Now if you are just looking for a bite to eat for a date night or family night out, they also have you covered. “This place is not inexpensive; but the food is worth every single penny. It’s unique, it’s vegan, it’s delicious, and it’s healthy. The atmosphere is very comfortable. (although the music was a little bit loud for conversation). I shared the cauliflower tacos and hummus plate and we each had a glass of wine and took the yummy yummy yummy yummy yummy cheesecake home (the cheesecake seemed expensive at the time; but I will purchase it again and again. Every taste was Yum Yum Yum Yum.). a lot of times when I go out to eat I think; I could’ve saved money and just ate at home. However, I truly felt my money was well spent! The food was fresh. “They have some of the most unique brews I've had in a while, like a nitro IPA, and an aquavit barrel-aged IPA. My favorite of the bunch though was their TOKKI, a Korean rice lager. “I have eaten here couple times and thr good is great. Love the farm to table food. I am a big person on fresh quality and not prepackaged foods and this place is amazing for the food. Both times I was there around brunch on a Saturday and the breakfast menu was really good both times. I got a breakfast bowl with carnitas meat and it was amazing. Lots of flavor, texture, color in the bowl from crispy potatoes to delicious carnitas to a smooth and silky and cooked perfectly. The pickled stuff in it was different and a great contrast to the other parts. The micro greens are a current favorite to added nutritional boost and getting these on both plates here was awesome. The bowl was a lot of food added meat made it right amount for me, the added meat not necessary but highly recommend.
The eggs benedict was a different take. It is one of my favorite breakfast menu items. This take I could appreciate the concept but it was a 4 star for me. I really liked the cornbread that you can tell is fres and made in house if not at least near by. That was a great variant that I may have to acquire when I make it at home. The ham was delicious, it said maple cured and we use only pure at home no maple flavored but the maple flavor I was hoping for more of a pop from, maybe using a little maple syrup in the hollandaise sauce? Anyway the eggs were perfect and topped with micro greens as well. The hollandaise was, well not enough, or jot enough of a flavor, it was minimal and really felt like an after thought rather than a main focus which when ordering a Benedict the 3 things are required, a great hollandaise that is fore front, a take on ham, and a base. They had 2 of 3 spot on. Thus I would say 4 out of 5 for it great meal still don't get me wrong but could have used a touch more hollandaise with a bit more of a flavor or focus on that aspect. Great place will be back. Also like how they jave some fresh produce, baked goods, and farm fresh meats in coolers there.“
