“Good Day Cafe was a a restaurant focusing on breakfast we found on our recent trip to Minneapolis. They had a menu full of awesome looking breakfast dishes. I tried the Crab Cake Eggs Benny which came with an English muffin, homemade crab cakes, 2 poached eggs, and of course hollandaise sauce. I came with some home fry style potatoes as well. This was one of the best breakfast dishes I've ever had the privilege of eating. The potatoes were excellent but that eggs Benny was a legend. Specifically the crab cake was soooo good and had sooooo much flavour. Words can't do justice to how good it is. You just need to try it. My wife enjoyed her German pancake almost as much as I enjoyed my Eggs Benny. The restaurant was so bright and vibrant with lots of sunflower decor around. The service was excellent as well. This was a super awesome place and if I lived in the area I'd be here all the time.“

“The food was great but our server, Aurora, was the highlight of the night. Excellent service and made the visit a wonderful a time.

We had the Pad Thai, Yellow Curry, and Lechon.

The lechon (small plate/appetizer) was smaller in portion than I would have expected for the price, but was still good.

The portions for the main dishes were generous and the food was flavorful.

“My husband and I had a splendid lunch date at the Himalayan Restaurant. The seating outdoors is so beautiful and is decorated with many flowers. The atmosphere inside for lunch was quite peaceful, which is my ideal type of restaurant.
We ordered dumplings as an appetizer. My husband enjoyed the extra spicy sauce. I liked the sauce with tomatoes and spices.
The main courses are made to the spice level you prefer. The chicken tikka masala and the mixed curry were absolutely delicious. The naan was seasoned well with garlic and herbs. The white and brown rice were fluffy and cooked perfectly as well.
We are hoping to eat here again soon. Highly recommend!

“We held our company Christmas Party at their beautiful restaurant and had such a great time! The staff were so attentive and wonderful to interact with throughout the whole evening! We ordered an array of food and our employees couldn’t stop talking about how fantastic the prime rib and KFC (Korean fried cauliflower) were! The talk around the shop about this event and the delicious food went on for days! We all had such a great experience from start to finish. They made it so easy to plan, set up, host and tear down. We would highly recommend anyone looking to host a party to come here! Now if you are just looking for a bite to eat for a date night or family night out, they also have you covered. My choice was the lamb shank which was cooked to perfection, so tender it fell off the bone and didn't need a knife. Dessert for me was the mousse au chocolat (always) and having tried it at every restaurant that offers it, Christos will never be outdone. It should be mentioned that the salads are always made with what our daughter calls "happy veggies," always fresh and beautiful! the soups are all wonderfully special and "home made" as well. “I finally made it to Matt’s bar to check out the “Original” Jucy Lucy. Hamburger was great, as expected. Fries were shoestring and were perfect and delicious. Service was great. I went on a Monday afternoon and we sat down right away and were eating in about 20 minutes.

This really is more of a restaurant now. Because of the food, there is a LOT of turnover and it’s mostly food tourists. Even on a Monday. IDK if the kitchen closes, but maybe it turns more into a bar after that. The signs posted everywhere basically say “Others are waiting to be seated”. While there wasn’t a line when we were there, I’m sure there is when it’s weekend busy.

Good prices. They could be charging much more based on demand.

Lastly, cash only. There is an ATM on site with a $2 charge if you forget.

“I came for happy hour and ordered their October special, two chicken tamales for $12. Presented with authenticity and looking very delicious that is, until I touched the husks and felt a chill. The tamales were hot but the husks were cold. How do steamed tamales come with cold husks, I questioned? I accepted their apologies and expressed how tasty they were but thought to myself, why serve in cold husks? The tamales were very delicious and will definitely have them again. Staff was very accommodating and I highly recommended Lagos Tacos as a must stop for all occasions.“
