Blizzards have gone downhill terribly. The last several times I ordered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard, there was hardly any strawberry or cheesecake in it. This last time was the worst. One chunk of cheesecake and strawberries were non-existent. If I wanted just a cup of soft serve, I would have ordered that. Would have been cheaper!
Super disappointed in my daughter’s special order DQ ice cream birthday cake. To pay extra for a Disney character picture topper, only to have it made with significant bubbling across the entire surface because someone couldn’t care enough to do a quality job applying it to frozen ice cream.
Then when the imperfections are pointed out by the paying customer the response from the employees is “Nothing we can do you already paid” and “We don’t see anything wrong...read full review
