“We went for drinks and dinner, and it was excellent! Our server did an amazing job remembering orders for 6 of us chaotically throwing food and drink orders at him. The drinks were creative and well-balanced. The food was delicious. The music list was fun without being intrusive. Just overall a really fantastic time - we'll definitely be back!“

“A great area for dogs of all sizes to run outdoors, attentive staff to manage any pup issues, a great menu, and great drinks! It's a fantastic place to spend an evening with friends and your dogs without worrying about keeping your dog on your heels. There is also an indoor area for rainy or snowy days.“

“A new addition to Uptown, and a great one!
One of the best spots to go watch sports in Uptown. The TVs are great, the crowds are lively, and the food and drunks are amazing. It *is* a smaller spot, so try to get there early on game days - it gets busy fast.
We love the Cookie Shots, and the buckets are delicious too! The food has also never disappointed - I highly recommend their burgers.

“It was a nice place to learn a new craft. Service was excellent and they are helpful. Large selection to choose from. They only have flatbreads to order and I was not impressed. You can order food from nearby but I do wish they had a few other options for purchase.“

“The Northeast section of Minneapolis is a surprising Mecca for neighborhood taverns, and I was blown away by the quality of the food and service. The burger was cooked to perfection and the fries were crispy and hot, complemented by an icy cold PBR. The bartender was very pleasant and made sure I had everything I needed, while the clientele were entertaining and added to the lively atmosphere. I can't wait to come back and try the double cheeseburger again.“

“We held our company Christmas Party at their beautiful restaurant and had such a great time! The staff were so attentive and wonderful to interact with throughout the whole evening! We ordered an array of food and our employees couldn’t stop talking about how fantastic the prime rib and KFC (Korean fried cauliflower) were! The talk around the shop about this event and the delicious food went on for days! We all had such a great experience from start to finish. They made it so easy to plan, set up, host and tear down. We would highly recommend anyone looking to host a party to come here! Now if you are just looking for a bite to eat for a date night or family night out, they also have you covered. No matter what plans you have this is the spot to be! A huge thanks to Lake and Irving for all they did for us and a massive thank you to Chris the chef! That meal was better than we could have ever expected!“

Any one can buy great ingredients and high end products, but can you make sidewalk grass , spruce pine , lingcod , wildrice and strawberry taste good ?(Not a real dish just something off top of my head) That's talented and worth talking about , the folks here have talent. “I had the best Shrimpo-boy here at the local 1029 Bar. Great atmosphere for anyone to watch sports, grab a drink, and chat with friends. The food here has always been top quality too. Shout out to the chefs
This restaurant also has a sweet outdoor patio during the summer with a nice view. They have cool events to check our year round. Don't miss those“
“This was a nice surprise. We were looking for a spot to grab dinner before a concert and ended up eating and staying for drinks for a couple of hours. The drinks Dave made us were fantastic. The food was very good. Overall a great spot to stop at for food in the area. Between the great conversation with Willie one of the managers, and Dave behind the bar, it was a great experience and I know this will be where I go next time I'm up in Minneapolis.“

“I always have fun here. There was a bartender on the weekend nights that gives me the heebie jeebies, and some of the arcade cabinets are always down or need some maintenance. The pizza here is hit or miss. But despite all that, I do have a good time here“

“As out of towners, we weren’t sure about this place based on outside and location. But wow! The inside is gorgeous, every food item was delicious (we split a buffalo chicken wrap, French dip, tots and cup of soup). Our waitress Jackie was awesome! If we are ever back in town, this will be a must-do! We are so glad we came here! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“What an excellent little dive bar in NE! We went on a Thursday, and we were blown away by how good the daily deals were: BOGO burgers and $5 draft beers. Plenty of TVs showing a variety of programs, and a very friendly server. We will definitely be back!

“I had a great experience here! Went and saw Mark Ambor. Lined up an hour before doors opened, and was at the front of the line, meaning that we were about 5 feet away from the stage. Great view from there, but I feel like it could be hard to see from the back. There is a balcony, but I’m pretty sure you had to be 21+. Coat check for $4, fast security upon entrance. Merch line kind of got caught up in the crowd at the end, but that’s inevitable with the little space they’re working with.“

“Went to Bunkers a while back & just this year attended the Marvin Gaye & other events .Bunkers Always been a fun place to go to enjoy good live music this band is so good they can play & sing as the artists songs they sing good ,friendly & nice people always enjoy going there because it’s a comfortable atmosphere people just laughing talking enjoying the band & their drinks are not watered down & everybody’s there just enjoying themselves staff is polite & respectful it’s cool I prefer it over lots of clubs here in Mn ❤️“

“I want a personally thanks the staff. At Truly on deck, I had a bizarre injury on my calf. And the manager here was wonderful to me. Very gracious, very helpful staff. Everyone that waited on me and helped me. I can not give them enough credit...a wonderful experience“

“Was a little weird at first.. walked in to a guy named Bob dripping wet with 6 shamwows laying on the floor next to him. Started talking, friendly guy but thinks cheese on burgers is gross. Huge red flag. Also, he got so drunk I had to turn into an Uber for the night to get him home safely. Exceptional place otherwise.“

“Amazing burgers and fries. Best in the Twin Cities. The Parmesan Truffle fries are my go to. This is the place I always bring my out of town friends and family. The service is always great, but expect a wait. They do not take reservations. Good things come to those who wait.“

“The point of this place is to get drunk and socialize, and you can absolutely accomplish that here. They've ruined the atmosphere with the stage they added a few years back for bands. I know the intention was good, but bands could fit a smaller footprint without the stage, and it's a single room that absolutely does not need elevation. We played there for years, and having room for people to dance made the experience wonderful. Those days are gone.“
