“Let’s start by saying I feel like it was that scene in the matrix where that one guy wants to be hooked back up to the matrix and just enjoy fine wine and steak! This was my night at the Tasting room.
We asked for a hand made flight. The owner came over to our table and listened intently to our tastes and said, yes I will make you a flight I think you will like. When we got the flights both my wife and I were so pleased with each of the selections. After we finished our flights we ordered a full glass of our favorite.
The wait staff was fantastic. Kind thoughtful and good listening.
We shared a charcuterie board, a salad, salmon and for dessert we had the lava cake. Each bite of it all was heaven.
The mood was chill and cozy and we could not have had a more relaxing night out. We are for sure returning. And very soon mind you. I cannot recommend the tasting room enough.“

“Delicious food, but a bit spendy for the portion sizes. Probably the closest thing I've found in MN to the tapas you'd find in Spain, but you're definitely paying a premium. A cool experience to try a bunch of different tapas with a group of friends, but just know that you might end up spending about $50 each or so. When I visited, it was really loud there and kind of hard to hold a conversation with the people next to you, so keep that in mind if you're looking for that.“

“-Vinai MN- My friend and I wanted to try Chef Yia's restaurant due to being homesick and wanting hmong food. We were met with such great service and sat where we could see the work area. Chef Yia was so kind and started us off with a complimentary appetizer, rice Curry balls. We ordered and the food came so fast. As soon as I took a bite, my eyes started to get teary because it tasted like food from home. I started fanning myself to not cry which Chef Yia saw and asked if the food was too spicy. We then started to explain that we were not from MN and were feeling a bit homesick and how the food reminded us of home. Chef Yia then said, here let's do this. He returned with a pot of beef soup that consisted of mushrooms, bamboo shoots, beef and green onion and white rice and shared that this dish was one of those dishes that we would eat at gathering and events. We we so shocked and so at loss with his kindness and compassion. We both took a bite and immediately lighted up. It tasted like my mom's cooking 💓. As we were nearing the end of our meal, Chef Yia told us not to stuff ourselves too full and surprised us with a complimentary dessert which further awed us. We were so lost at words for Chef Yia's kindness, generosity and comfort. We chose the Lava Cake and it was soooo good! I normally don't like sweets but we devoured this 😋. 1000/10 would recommend.“

“My husband and I chose to celebrate our one year anniversary here today. It was both of our first times dining at Broders’ and we enjoyed everything about this wonderful experience! Upon arriving we were attempting to take a selfie photo outside and one of the employees opened the front door and asked us if we would like him to take our photo. Tyson so kindly took several photo angles and opened up the door for us as we walked in. It truly felt like we were being welcomed into someone’s warm and inviting home. Our sweet waitress helped me select the most delectable glass of wine I have ever tasted. Words cannot explain how delicious the pasta was… we lapped up every single drop and were in absolute food heaven. To top it all off… we were treated to a free dessert of our choosing along with two chocolate cocoa truffles on the house!! After we finished our meal we went across the street to their storefront to purchase some pasta and sauce to enjoy at some point in the coming weeks. We will definitely be back for all special occasions and certainly for our two year anniversary. If you are looking for a once in a lifetime experience and meal this is the place!! Enjoy!“

“My waiter Addison was great and very attentive. However, the short rib sandwich was over cooked and over priced. On line there were a couple of items that I didn't see on the actual menu while at the restaurant. We were given the lunch menu at the front door, this really confused me, later Addison eventually figured it out. The rest of the experience was nice. The comedy acts were funny, except for the second to last guy, that totally bombed, as part of his act was to call all women bitches. He was poorly prepared, and otherwise was not funny at all, and should not be invited back.“

The young man host was EXCEPTIONAL that checked me out ( he brought my pizza to my car and went inside to grab extra blue cheese dressing for me.) General Manager Gena and her team know hospitality and excellent food. From smiles of welcome from Karyma and hosting team as we walked in the door, to excellent service from our server Jason. Gena stopped by for a short visit, as did long-time server Scott, and service with a smile from Walter, who made sure our settings were cleared quickly to make way for the next course timed out just right by Jason. The lamb chops were done perfectly, and the sea bass melts in your mouth like butter. I've never ordered at a restaurant, but Gena dared us. It was one of the best chicken dishes either of us has had. And, if you think you've had bread pudding before, try it here! Chased with a delicious 20-Year tawny port, it's the perfect way to end a delicious dining event. Give RC a try - you won't regret it.“

No matter where you get seated it will feel cramped and you will be really close to your neighbors. “In Fargo, service is not great. i had one bite of my meal and told waiter he could take it. He never asked why, if anything was wrong, just grabbed it and walked away. I wasn't expecting anything other than for him to know why my meal was not hardly touched. He never came back to table until he brought us the bill.“
