“My husband and I chose to celebrate our one year anniversary here today. It was both of our first times dining at Broders’ and we enjoyed everything about this wonderful experience! Upon arriving we were attempting to take a selfie photo outside and one of the employees opened the front door and asked us if we would like him to take our photo. Tyson so kindly took several photo angles and opened up the door for us as we walked in. It truly felt like we were being welcomed into someone’s warm and inviting home. Our sweet waitress helped me select the most delectable glass of wine I have ever tasted. Words cannot explain how delicious the pasta was… we lapped up every single drop and were in absolute food heaven. To top it all off… we were treated to a free dessert of our choosing along with two chocolate cocoa truffles on the house!! After we finished our meal we went across the street to their storefront to purchase some pasta and sauce to enjoy at some point in the coming weeks. We will definitely be back for all special occasions and certainly for our two year anniversary. If you are looking for a once in a lifetime experience and meal this is the place!! Enjoy!“

“We absolutely love The Tasting Room! Every time we go it feels like a little culinary exploration. This time we had the charcuterie board with a wine flight and finished with the lava cake and dessert wine, and everything was phenomenal!

Nico and Drew is always so helpful and makes the best suggestions. We love being able to tell them what we like and have them recommend different wines and pairings for us to try. It crates a unique experience and is so much fun. One of the reasons we keep coming back.

“-Vinai MN- My friend and I wanted to try Chef Yia's restaurant due to being homesick and wanting hmong food. We were met with such great service and sat where we could see the work area. Chef Yia was so kind and started us off with a complimentary appetizer, rice Curry balls. We ordered and the food came so fast. As soon as I took a bite, my eyes started to get teary because it tasted like food from home. I started fanning myself to not cry which Chef Yia saw and asked if the food was too spicy. We then started to explain that we were not from MN and were feeling a bit homesick and how the food reminded us of home. Chef Yia then said, here let's do this. He returned with a pot of beef soup that consisted of mushrooms, bamboo shoots, beef and green onion and white rice and shared that this dish was one of those dishes that we would eat at gathering and events. We we so shocked and so at loss with his kindness and compassion. We both took a bite and immediately lighted up. It tasted like my mom's cooking 💓. As we were nearing the end of our meal, Chef Yia told us not to stuff ourselves too full and surprised us with a complimentary dessert which further awed us. We were so lost at words for Chef Yia's kindness, generosity and comfort. We chose the Lava Cake and it was soooo good! I normally don't like sweets but we devoured this 😋. 1000/10 would recommend.“

Since I am from Spain I checked both their wine and food menu and I was very pleased with their selection. The comedy acts were funny, except for the second to last guy, that totally bombed, as part of his act was to call all women bitches. In casual conversation, we mentioned that we were headed to a show at the Orpheum that evening and that we had gotten married three weeks earlier. That was it. We weren’t there celebrating our wedding or expecting any special recognition.

But they listened.

Before we knew it, little confetti hearts appeared on our table, and later they surprised us with a complimentary dessert, beautifully arranged on a tray to acknowledge our recent marriage.

“I have been to this location numerous times and it has never failed to impress me. The pizza always tastes fresh and it nice to have additional sides to put on. Salads are very flavorful and I enjoy the side of bread as well. It can get busy sometimes so plan accordingly. Staff does a great job to ensure everyone gets a table when it is busy.“

The guy delivering the food gave a better experience just dropping it off than we had with her the entire time. I waited table for fifteen years and never once rolled my eyes at someone. Her tone and facial expressions were beyond rude. If she can’t act like she’s nice she might need a new job. The rest of the staff was BEYOND friendly so she really gave off a rotten apple vibe.“

“In Fargo, service is not great. i had one bite of my meal and told waiter he could take it. He never asked why, if anything was wrong, just grabbed it and walked away. I wasn't expecting anything other than for him to know why my meal was not hardly touched. He never came back to table until he brought us the bill.“
