“Today my son was at the Culver’s in Onalaska, WI by the high school for lunch. He had no money and had called to try to get money sent to his phone so he could eat with his friends. I called the store to see if I could pay for his food over the phone. The lady who answered explained that she couldn’t take payment over the phone but she would pay for his meal. I said I would pay her back and she said don’t worry about it. She met him by the ice cream cooler and paid for his meal. She was so kind and didn’t even think twice. For someone who probably had a lot more to worry about - like the 60+ kids in her lobby waiting for food, she stopped and used her own money to help my son out. Incredible! I didn’t quite catch her name so will be going in on Friday to see if I can find her to thank her! Incredible person!“

“Moving to the Midwest (from the north east)we learned very quickly Culver's is a staple around here so we went. I had the curd burger, and my husband had the spicy chicken. For what Culver's does, they do it well. Fries and onion rings are top notch, came out hot and perfectly fried. Service was friendly and even tho they are always super busy, the food came out on relatively good time.
The negative being the flavor, there is none. The spicy chicken, had a peppery after taste but that was it. The curd burger tastes like Italian bread crumbs and the fresh raw onion slice on it, everything else, including the meat just tastes like whatever is around it. The burger tastes like the grill, which was clearly clean and maintained well because it had a good grill flavor. But I'd argue salt or anything resembling seasoning is used at all.
So for what Culver's does, they do it well. But don't show up expecting a flavor bomb, it just won't give you that

“This was the best McDonald's I ever been to hands down. The moment you walk through the door you are greeted and welcomed with a smile. Everyone was so nice and friendly always appreciated. I travel a lot and I wish every place I go to is represented this way. The place was very clean and appealing. Got my food in a fast and convenient amount of time. All my food was fresh and hot. And my fries didn't have a lot of salt on it like most McDonald's. I definitely give this place two thumbs up. Keep up the great work you guys!!!!“

“I've been here several times. The staff has always been friendly, especially to my kids. I've never had my order mixed up. I typically go inside to order. They do prefer you use the kiosks to order, so if you like to order at the register you may have a bit of a wait.“

“Oml, they are so good. I love a good deal that you can find on their app! I've gotten a 5 for 5 on roast beef sandwiches and even 1-dollar sliders! They recently got potato cakes back as an LTO item and I'm all for it. They hit so hard.“

However, if you are in it for a solid trip to the past when times were simpler and you could just enjoy a chili dog, then you've come to the right place.Coney Island has been a part of my life in this area since I was a kid. Everything I eat there it takes me back to then and is always full of happy memories. The food has always remained the same recipe and is always delicious. The staff have always been absolutely great. I very highly recommend this place.“

“Went through the drive through on the Melby st location this evening. I ordered 2 subs and they were the worse non fresh subs I have ever gotten at any Erbert and Gerberts location. The lettuce was nasty, rusty and slimey! I can't believe they would even serve subs that looked like this! With almost $18.00 for the 2 subs, I expect the ingredients to be fresh! To top it off, the gal came to the window with gloves on, took my money and then made my sandwiches. I am willing to bet she did not change her gloves! I definitely will not be going back for awhile! We have always had good sandwiches, been going for years. But this evening was bad!“

“We drove through this location on Halloween Day. Service was a little slow, but it sounded like they were dealing with confusion from a vehicle that ordered and then drove away. We received our food with apologies from the window staff, and our food was very enjoyable.“

“Conveniently located to business and residential, CLEAN to the point of immaculate in all areas of the public view and use. Attentive and hospitable staff members, dressed in clean uniforms unlike many restaurants AND McDonalds restaurants, service was fast, efficient and accurate, employees cleaning, organizing and straightening, manager checking on customers in dining area. What a pleasure to have my breakfast.....sausage biscuit and coffee for the 4 mornings I visited Holmen this fall. Will be back next October.
