“I love Jersey Mike's cheese steaks. I have had them all over the south east. At so many stores. My absolute favorite sandwich.
This Mike's, the steak was way undercooked. It only took cook maybe 2 mins to make it.
They did offer to make another and I turned it down. They were not that busy and I did not make a scene. They did refund my money.
Issue, they should have never served especially if not busy..he had plenty of time to make it correctly the 1st time.“

Both of them were so sweet and great at what they do, I'd give them a raise if I could!!“

“The service has always been great. The sandwich I order is always on point. They deliver it freaky fast. The only problem I have is with jimmy John’s itself. They got rid of the kickin ranch and replaced it with a new jalapeño ranch and let me tell you I am so disappointed. The kickin ranch always had amazing flavor and now the jalapeño ranch is so very bland. I want the kickin ranch back“
