“Run, don’t walk, to The Briar! Wow this place was so special (and dare I say the date capital of Minneapolis at night?)! This place has great cocktails, delicious food, the best atmosphere, and friendliest staff! It was such a treat to go to this small spot with two great friends and enjoy some sandwiches, chips, and soups. Absolutely loved this spot!“
“Stopped in to Cosmic Coffee the other morning on a whim, and believe I just may have found my new favorite coffee shop in NE. Cosmic Coffee feels like an old school coffee shop, the ones that were about people connecting with people. Actual real live PEOPLE!!! Not only was the coffee delicious- expertly prepared by Dusty-but it was so refreshing to be around people laughing, conversing and connecting not just working away on laptops. If you want a great cup of coffee in a cozy, warm space of brick, wood and eclectic decor that does not feel like a sterile white hipster tech haven, please please give Cosmic a visit! And I recommend a lavender mocha!!“
“Dangling a 5-star rated place in front of a Yelp Elite? Especially a drive thru coffee kiosk? I just couldn't resist checking out Mudslingers. This place is SO cute, and it's so easy to stop by anytime you find yourself in or around Roseville. I got a small hot Buttercup drink with an extra shot of espresso. Delicious! There are a ton of options (and I didn't get a pastry this time) so I'll definitely have to come back and try more of their tasty drinks.“
“Super cute café with tasty food. Vibe: Young, hip café, super cute décor, varied seating options Service: The person taking our order was super nice and helpful, food came out fairly quick although for some items the name was called out and for some they were just left on the pick up counter so best to stay by the counter. Food: Really good overall. I had an egg sandwich with siracha mayo and Canadian bacon that was super tasty and not too spicy. Also got a DELICIOUS strawberry banana smoothie (seriously, not your average straw banana smoothie). Also had several bites of my sister's quiche which was EXCELLENT, the crust was SO good. Also got a cookie that was very yummy. I would highly recommend Carma Coffee and would return if in the area again!“
“I have been exploring Roseville and St Paul as I'll be relocating there soon. Man was I happy to run into this place. For me this is how a coffee shop should be. Dark wood, cozy eclectic vibe, supporting the local community, a good variety of coffee/espresso based drinks, toss in some fresh baked goods and snacks if you need them and you have a great place for good conversations, reading a book, or just sitting in the corner alone like me and enjoying the moment.Parking: Extra large parking lot. No problems there.“
“The staff are friendly. Their banh mi are delicious! The decor is clean, bright and inviting. Their croissants are yummy but the filling was very minimal in terms of croissant to filling ratio. In my opinion, their fries are amazing!! Taste, texture, crispiness, just everything about it. I'd say they are the best fries I've ever had - some days they're lacking a little on the salt, but that's an easy fix. Please, please don't ever change the brand/product or the way you prepare/make these fries!! Highly recommend this place, especially trying the fries, just don't go during lunch time. It gets very busy (brooklyn park location)!!“
“This place is so welcoming and great service ! Everytime I go there I plan on just a shake. But as I chat with Jami she is so loving and caring...I can't leave without their yummy bagels and then they seem to.have something new..like those cute lil adorable pies so yup couple of those too.Everything i have had there was so good and don't feel guilty for its packed with protein. So if you have never checked this place out give it a try.I Promise you won't regret and no matter who is working you will feel a very warm welcome ? !There are still are many things I want to try.The menu us huge!Parking: Right in front of front door!Kid-friendliness: I have seen many kids activities there offered.Wheelchair accessibility: I'm sure anyone with wheelchair ♿️ would have plenty of room. Also handicap ♿️ parking in lot.“
“I stopped by last Saturday, and I got a scone and a Cranes in the Sky iced coffee, and the combination was AMAZING! The prices were very reasonable for the hand-crafted beverage and pastry! I also loved the ambiance of the coffee shop, the outdoor patio, and the clothing selection! I will definitely come back!“
“If you love tea, this place is a haven! If you don't, visit this store and you will leave loving tea. They have little jars you can smell the different leaves and blends as well as an opportunity to buy a cup of a small selection to try.Wheelchair accessibility: It's a small shop, though it's laid out in an open manner. My partner was able to use her chair without issues.“
“This coffee is some of the best in Minneapolis, and the croissants are to DIE for. The atmosphere is so cool-- skater merch, art everywhere, just excellent!! The staff is also very nice and the service is great. I love this place so much <3“
“Had such a great visit here today! We were able to visit with the kitties without a reservation on a Tuesday morning. The kitties seemed happy and healthy and the environment was clean and seemed well cared for. There were so many lovely cats and it was fun to spend time with them. One climbed into my lap to snuggle for a bit wich I loved. The staff was super friendly and one of the kitties literally jumped into the staff members arms for a cuddle during the hour change over wich I thought was adorable. Obviously the staff here care very much for the cats and the cats love them back.Coffee was delicious as well. Will definitely be back ?“
“I’ve been to many coffee shops AND antique/vintage stores around minnesota and this is by far one of the best! As a coffee enthusiast they have one of the best cups of joe, as well as a vast assortment of vintage home goods, trinkets, and clothing!“
“This place has it all, amazing food (give the quiche a try, you won’t be disappointed) the owner was very funny and easy to talk to and the other patrons were delightful to talk to as well. I highly recommend this place and will continue coming back!“
“I had the Hawaiian Paradise at 30% sweetness. It had boba pearls in it. Even at 30% sweetness, it was still very sweet, but also refreshing and delicious. Wish they had patio space, but it was a clean and calm atmosphere. I highly recommend it.“
“Matchbox is great! Good price on quality drinks and down to earth place with personality! The barista I met, Lauren, is very pleasant and makes great drinks!! For sure Matchbox is worth my bike ride from South Minneapolis. I highly recommend it!“
“The atmosphere as soon as you walk in are calm, inviting, small, and lovely. Slow and I love that. It makes you feel good to walk in there to enjoy or grab your coffee, theres multiple tables and a great seating area. They sell the coffee beans, books, and have a menu that you can choose your flavors to add to your coffee. The coffee itself is smooth and not strong or delicate , it’s juss right. I love it here. It’s a small shop, and I wish their hours were more expanded but otherwise it’s sucha lovely unique coffee place. I think alotta people enjoy it too?️?☕️ I get the cherry white chocolate hot mocha and it’s so delicious ,??? the lady and man are so nice too. They run it by themselves I think cause iv never seen anyone else in there helping.“
“The last two words "Coffee gallery" perfectly describes the coffee shop! It's cool seeing the different kinds of art work, also two huge plusses are there's plenty of tables and there's a parking lot!! For the amount of people that were there it wasn't super loud either! Will for sure be coming back again!“
“I absolutely adore this spot! My girlfriend and I frequently visit to study and work on assignments. The staff is exceptionally welcoming, and the selection of organic and vegan food options is impressive. Both the interior and exterior environments of the café are delightful. The only drawback is securing a seat during the weekends—it can get quite crowded, but that’s probably a testament to its popularity. Dogwood has won my heart, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy a chat with friends, focus on schoolwork, or simply unwind and be at ease while enjoying a delicious beverage. Plus, they have a ping-pong table, which is a cool addition.“
“We had the incredible opportunity to host an after hours event at the shop, and I simply cannot speak more highly of the service and ownership of this shop. The owner Greta is a deep supporter of her community and has fostered such a thoughtful and wholesome environment.“
“It’s a 4 degree Fahrenheit day in Minnesota and there is no better way to spend the morning than visiting a coffee shop. I stumbled upon Up Cafe. What a treat! The atmosphere is relaxing and inviting. Background music adds to the great vibe here. This is one of the easier-to-get-to coffee shops in Minneapolis as it is near the hustle and bustle of the city but situated in a quiet neighborhood not far off the beaten path. They make a crave-worthy oat milk latte that I will come back for!Parking: This coffee shop has ample, no hassle street parking and a small attached lot.“
“I can't say enough good things about this place. I'm so glad there's a place for fancy pastries right down the street. I've never had a dessert I didn't love. Thanks for being in our community and making tasty treats, LDB!“
“This is a hidden gem! I went into Rewind next door and was craving my afternoon chai afterwards. I'm still on a Starbucks boycott so I've been trying to go to local coffee shops and I saw The Coffee Shop next door! I ordered the Killer Chai (which is amazing) and the chocolate chip banana bread (also incredible!). The staff was super friendly and I felt very welcomed and safe, I will definitely be back!“
“Laid-back, comfortable cafe. Great service, fun drinks, and coffee cake! It's also an ideal public workspace. Lots of folks from the neighborhood regularly hunker down in front of their laptops, and it's not uncommon for some white dude to be loudly talking on a Zoom conference call. Those guys are pretty annoying, but it's the perfect spot to do some remote work from.“
“Middle of the road coffee shop. Attached to art studios. One small seating area is pretty cozy but the rest are a little bland and don't have windows, but they are doing the best they can with the space they are in. Food is made on the spot and is better then you might expect. I go loaded breakfast burrito every time and love it. Staff is hit or miss, but they are never rude.“
“Every Sat. morning coffee with friends. Barista Jim know us. Always friendly with everyone. There was a wait for my order due to so many "call in" orders. Also a continuous line to order but moved slowly. Those working behind bar were working very hard and efficiently.Dietary restrictions: Breve is gluten free, sugar free option.Wheelchair accessibility: My husband uses walker. No obstacles to go over. Plenty of room.“
“When I had an issue with the shipper, the owner herself reached out to the shipper to rectify the issue and called me personally. I have only just started shopping at Mrs. Kelly’s tea, but I am hooked and can’t wait to get to the warehouse next time they are open! Thank you so so much!“
“Nice, cozy place to go to, especially in the winter. Order some cake and hot turtle mocha, and it was very good. The service was great and very fast. Highly recommend this location. It's very convenient in a very nice location with plenty of parking lot.❤️☕️“
“Smells so yummy upon entering. Fresh handmade and generous wraps, soups and more. I'll be back! The super fresh chicken wrap was delicious. Thank you. Excellent & friendly service. The gal let me know the quich had scratch made/in house crust, too. Thanks for outstanding food & coffee.“
“Great atmosphere, the happy employees with their banter behind the counter and the openness of the order area is comforting. My breakfast sandwich was quite frankly the best one I’ve ever had, worth the money. I live over 45 minutes away but I will be back just for this shop!“
“This place is the most beautiful Caribou I have ever seen with an amazing view of Lake Superior!? I remember back in December I had fallen while opening the door and one of the workers (very athletic and sweet!) jumped the counter and swept me off of the floor. The other workers came to my aid. After this amazing act they gave me a free drink! The other costumers cheered and yip-yip-hoorayed in excitement and I tipped a whopping 20 bucks! I have many nice experiences here like the time someone had an accident and a worker cleaned it up with no complaints. Highly recommended!?“
“I have been a regular drive thru customer (2-4 times weekly) 1-2 years or more. On Wed (11/9) I was charged approx 70 cents more than I had been charged on Mon of the same week. I was told it was an increase on the sweetener. Seemed a little high, but I wanted my tea and needed to get to a class at church. I had the regular cost ready to pay, but was a little short, so I used my charge card. I didn't get a receipt, so that night I checked on line and found I was charged approx 25 to 30 cents more than I had been told.I had not stopped again until Thurs 11/17 when I went inside and ordered my tea and was told the cost was what I had been paying for a while. Thus I am pleased to find the costing is similar to previously, not $1.00 more that I had been charged on 11/9.On 11/17 those working were very courteous and pleasant as usual, but they of course were unable to explain the additional overcharge on my card. I will go back next week and will see how the pricing at the drive thru goes. I will try to not use my card.I understand price increases, but the credit card shouldn't have a higher price.I have enjoyed the service at this location and prefer to shop here. We have 3 Caribou shops in our immediate area and prefer to continue to shop at Spring Lake Park.“
“The two ladies working were so sweet and made our entire days. They both had such spunky and fun vibes! The Depth Charge I got was solid. Definitely a good pick me up!My bf absolutely smashed his cinnamon roll. 10/10 cute little coffee shop❤️Shout out again to the two ladies working. ??“
“Been coming to Bru House for 20 years. In high school we’d get Italian sodas. The bakery & lunch items are amazing. Best chicken wild rice soup. Best Rice Krispie bars. I wish they were open later, especially on weekends, but they’re a small business so I can appreciate the decision. Feel lucky to have them in the neighborhood.“
“Love everyone who works here, delicious food (my personal favorite is burritos), and outstanding coffee. I switched from being a fan of caribou, to being a complete fan girl of scooter.Dietary restrictions: They will accommodate to dietary needs in your beverages & have many optionsParking: It’s a drive thru, so parking lot doesn’t really matterWheelchair accessibility: Offers mobile pick up through drive thru“
“Stopped in because I was mistakenly an hour early for an appointment a couple blocks south. Great coffee, and the pain au chocolat was perfectly flaky and perfectly not-too-sweet (iykyk). Super friendly folks working here, and great music for a spell of quiet contemplation. Will be back!!“
“Coffee tastes so much better when your baristas smile and laugh with you in the morning. I get that exact experience everytime i visit! Love the crew hereKid-friendliness: So many fun kids drinks!Wheelchair accessibility: They have a walk up window and a spot for wheel chairs to access the window. A tun of seating next to the building with plenty of shade!Dietary restrictions: If your lactose intolerant or allergic to anything. This team takes pride in taking care of there customers everyday!“
“Solomon’s Bakery comes to the Minneapolis Farmers Marker and we love having them! Their pastries are so good - you literally can’t go wrong. The staff has always been awesome, they make it a great experience even when there is long lines.“
“My favorite local coffee shop. The menu is simple but scrumptious. In-house made dishes that exceed expectations. Try the breakfast sandwich, fluffyest dang eggs I've ever seen. This time I tried the Turtle coffee, and it was fabulous. Staff is friendly, hard working, and efficient. Also, a place that cares about the community. They have a free coffee option if you are on hard times.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly menu, coloring.“
“Generally I prefer to go to a coffee shop to sit and relax inside. I'm not big on drive throughs. But since I was driving by, I figured I'd check this place out. Was nice experience. Just want to make sure I get scooted up, not scoot out. ?“
“I'd give 6 stars if I could! This incredible team helped me out in a pinch by bumping up my very large coffee order by 3 hours in a very short amount of time when another location fell through. You were all so kind and helpful, and I was extremely thankful for your flexibility and professionalism. Thank you so much!“
“I'm from NWI, here visiting the MOA,& this was my first time having Caribou. I now see why there's one on every other corner in Minnesota! I had the Turtle Mocha, and this was by far the best coffee drink I've ever had! I wish we had a location in NWI, because this would be my daily addiction! Maybe it's a good thing we don't ? I got mine to go, as we were headed back home, but the ambiance of the restaurant makes you want to sit down and enjoy your coffee there. I have become a fan of this, and anytime I see a Caribou shop from now on, I'll stop in to get my next fix!☕️☕️☕️“
“I have always loved caribou coffee but this location exceeds my expectations every time. The ambiance inside is great, and the music choices as well The employees are so kind, thoughtful, and easy to talk to! I love to stop here just to see the employees! Thanks for being awesome ?? You guys are doing something right!“
“Kylie is a shining star in the world of coffee-making, and her service at Caribou Coffee is truly exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the cafe, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly hello from Kylie, who immediately made me feel welcome. Not only is Kylie a skilled barista who knows how to make the perfect cup of coffee, but she also takes the time to listen to her customers and make sure their orders are exactly what they want. Her attention to detail and dedication to her craft is truly impressive. But it's not just Kylie's skills as a barista that make her stand out - it's her personality and attitude. She is always cheerful, positive, and eager to help, making every visit to Caribou Coffee a delight. Her passion for coffee and commitment to customer service are truly inspiring, and it's clear that she genuinely cares about her work and the people she serves.Overall, I cannot recommend Kylie and her exceptional service at Caribou Coffee enough. If you're looking for a great cup of coffee and a warm welcome, be sure to visit this talented young lady at Caribou Coffee - you won't be disappointed!“
“I come to this Caribou several days a week. Why? Because their app makes it easy and usually works. But my biggest gratitude for this place is that when the app messes up (like sending my order off to another location) the staff go ahead and make my drink anyway. Good People make a difference!“
“"rustic bougie" spot for coffee. They do have pretty good coffee and a selection of pastries that are in keeping with the reputation. Prices are on the higher side, but that's becoming more the norm than the exception. It's a good spot to catch up with someone or maybe a 'coffee date', but it's not my go-to for coffee.“
“Their food isn’t the best quality but that doesn’t reflect on the workers there. I’ve always had good interactions with everyone. Sometimes the drinks taste different from others but that’s consistent across all Caribous. Overall, great place and location :)“
“A great coffee spot for dropping in to grab a cup, or meet a friend to chat.In the summer there is outside seating with shade umbrellas. Inside are a small number of arm chairs, some stools, and a number of tables.Drive thru is also great. One can get a large sharable coffee container to take to an event or park playdate.Parking: Good amount of parking in lot.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome. There are some board games. The focus is not on children. No changing tables in bathrooms.“
