“Loved the chicken and veggies tacos that I ordered. We also got chips and guacamole that was just as good. The corn cake was so delicious. The servers were attentive and the food came out pretty quickly. This place came highly recommended so I was glad to have been able to check it out.“

“Good Tex Mex food with nice quantities. Good chips and salsa. The fajita taco salad was more fajitas in a shell (a really good shell) but minimal, if any lettuce and had to pay for beans on the side which was atypical as most have beans in them I think. The dinner combo has so much food it was two filled plates with deliciousness. Ended up taking half of it home and it heated up fine.If in the area, we'd probably go again“

“Kind of your traditional tex mex place. The food was fine. Classic endless bowl of chips with salsa. The queso was good. All dishes were served with rice and beans. Large menu, and lots a variations of same dishes between carnitas, pollo, pork and shrimp. Classic burrito, enchilada, chimmichanga, quesadilla, etc selectionsGood margaritas. Fairly standard with a few twists, but nothing super crazy innovative. The service was good, they were very helpful and where to please.Really a good place to get a tex-mex bite and meet up with a few friends for a casual chat. A smaller version of the the old Don Pablo's with maybe a bit better foodVegetarian options: There is stuff you can find on menuParking: In a mini-mall area so has a parking lotKid-friendliness: There are plenty of kid friendly items on menuWheelchair accessibility: On ground level and you can get chair through door. It is not the most convenient though with tables. Lots of booths“

“I recently discovered this new location of La Cocina de Ana and it’s one of my favorite food places in the area. I’ve always had a great experience at the first location and was happy to see another store nearby. The food tastes amazing and the store has such a positive and lovely atmosphere. Ana is always so kind and personable. She gave us great suggestions when we wanted to try something new. I also highly recommend buying the tres leches here!“

“I would have to call this place good - not great. The service was very fast, which was great for me swinging by for a quick lunch. The menu was a little limited - but they had chicken enchiladas so I was a happy man. As always, I asked to make it spicy. This resulted in the green sauce in lieu of the red sauce I guess. No jalapenos or other additions to crank up the heat. The chips and salsa weren't my favorite. The salsa's consistency was a little watery and the flavor had kind of a funny spicy, yet sweat combo. It wasn't what I would call your "traditional" red Mexican restaurant table salsa. Also, for any frequent flyer of Mexican restaurants wants to know - you have to pay for the chips and salsa, it is not complimentary! On to the enchilada... Well, it wasn't spicy at all to start with. So that was a little bit of a let down. With that being said - the flavor was great! The green sauce was very generously added to the enchiladas so that I could get plenty of flavor in every bite. I even mixed the rice in the leftover sauce and scooped it with my chips after abandoning the red salsa. I don't know of many Mexican restaurants in the area, so I can see how this is one of the better options in the Eden Prairie/Chan corner. I wish there was more punch to the dish when requested spicy, but I enjoyed my lunch overall!“

“Food was excellent and service was great. We had our food within 10-15m of ordering. I had the flaming fajita and it was hands down one of the top 3 all-time best fajitas I’ve ever tasted. The wife had enchiladas and my son had mac and cheese with fries (bless his heart). We will definitely eat there again.“

“We always have a really really nice experience here and tonight was no exception. We sat in the Bar area and Tami took wonderful care of us. The “Bad Hombre” cocktail is one of my favorites and I had been craving one. The food which is consistently outstanding was tonight as well. The Birria Tacos were so so good. Easy parking and lovely festive community atmosphere. So happy this small business is so fantastic!“

“A great neighborhood Mexican restaurant! The restaurant is cozy and colorful and the service was exceptional. Their menu has everything! The portions are decent and a great value. We enjoyed the chimichangas and enchiladas tres. All very tasty, my only critique is that I didn't really like their chips- they were a little too thick and stale for me. I guess I prefer the thin and crispy style, but the salsa was fresh. We will be back!“

“The food here is excellent! It tastes exactly like what I ate when visiting Mexico City. The mole is tasty and I love the street tacos. Also, churros. Everyone was very friendly. It wasn't that busy, but our server was a bit slow. The deliciousness of the food outweighs that, however. Maybe order two waters just in case.“

“Extremely friendly family owned place. The food is always fresh and delicious! Take and bake at home food or ready to eat at home. The containers go directly to the oven, so it’s very easy to prepare! I love the black bean dip and the shrimp ceviche! The “arroz com maiz” (rice with corn) is an awesome side dish! The pork with poblano and beef tinga are also some of the favorites at our home! You can order by phone or easily online! You need to try Cocina de Ana! I am sure you won’t regret and will become a fan!“

“There aren't a lot of quick food options in this area without heading down to 7/101. To find a gem that makes fantastic food quickly is a lucky find! All I ordered were two carnitas tacos and a Mexican Coke, but they nailed my inclusion/omission request and put in my to-go container two of the best tacos I've had in a very long time. I grew up in San Antonio, have a mom that lived in Mexico for three years, and I can confidently say that these were as authentic as I've had in forever. I cannot recommend this place enough and will now make it one of my, and my family's, regular stops! Great job, owners, managers, and staff.Dietary restrictions: Easily accommodated the requests I had.Kid-friendliness: Menu seemed to have plenty of options for my 4 & 12 yo boys.“

“Pretty good service, we recently went in & some of the people at the counter were still training so it was quite slow & management had to keep coming out. Not rating this lower because they tried their best & are still learning. Food was pretty good as well“

“Mmm. Potato Oles, what else is there to say?Ok; clean restaurant, friendly and fast service, great experience. On a side note the fruit tree outside the front door has Black Knot, a fungal disease that will kill the tree if not treated. The property manager should consult an arborist.“

“It's small but I great Mexican spot in Long Lake. I was there for lunch and was promptly greeted. Complimentary chips and salsa can put within 3 minutes of me being seated. Their salsa has a kick and was chunkier then most places. I loved that!!!! I ordered the chimichanga with shredded beef and rice. The chimichanga was good and it came with tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream and guacamole. The rice I'm fairly certain was packaged rice based on the size of the peas. It was pretty good. Service was excellent. I was checked in on several times. My plate was taken away before the check was presented. I also liked they had a napkin dispenser at the table. As a chronic spiller it was nice to have extra on hand. I would go there again when in the area.“
