“I was looking for breakfast at The Viking Fest. No luck. Saw your food truck and decided to try your pizza. I got the white sauce, spinach, garlic, red onion and tandeer? (vegetarian "meat) was it called? It was suggested by employee...I was not going to get any meat option. My son got an all meat choice. We both absolutely loved them!! They were delicious!!! And definitely filling!! Honestly, I probably should not have eaten whole thing lol.Thanks for doing it right!!!“

“Ryan was the absolute best server that I have encountered in my life! I have an anaphylaxis food allergy. He was so on top of making sure that whatever I ordered wasn't going to be an issue. He checked with the head chef 3 different times about different entrees, so I could have the best experience. We are from out of town and will definitely be back due to the great service provided. Ryan, thank you so much for being so attentive in regards to my allergy. Tonight's experience made your restaurant, one I will always recommend.“

“Our server was Sandy and she was amazing: prompt, efficient, friendly, and attentive. We were there to celebrate a birthday and got a special short stack of birthday pancakes with a candle. Seating was quick and prompt through the reservation system on a very busy Sunday morning, the manager checked at our table to make sure our dining experience was good, the food was fresh and hot. “Our first time here. Our server was amazing and the food came out fast and was good. Our only complaint was how rude and condescending one of the hostess was. Sydney was extremely rude multiple times to me and my mom. I was more upset of how she talked to my mom. Her name was Sydney and we were not the only one she was rude to. It was a shame since the rest of our time was a 10/10.“

“This was my second visit to Buca in Maple Grove. It was amazing. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Special Thank You to Cheyenne, he was amazing his drinks were fabulous, ask him for some of his specials, he did an amazing alcohol free apple drink, that had all 8 of us at the table very happy. He also took time to take us on a tour of the entire facility. This is a beautiful place, it has so much character. We will be back again.“

Anywho the fresh fruit raspberry and lemon fillings are definite stars of your filled donuts. It would be bomb on pancakes, fresh fruit, or over nice cream. I wish you would bottle and sell those magic concoctions separately 😋. Mary's vision is like a donut candyland. Her bakeries are clean, bright, modern, accommodating, welcoming, and use quality and fresh ingredients which results in top tier, 5 star, beautifully detailed, and decorated one of a kind donuts. As a longtime fan of their classic lime aid, it was an easy “yes” to order it again—and as always, it hit the spot. This time I tried the combo salad with beef and peanut sauce, and I was blown away. The team accommodated my request effortlessly, and the dish was both flavorful and generous in portion. I even took half home, and I’ve got to say—it was just as delicious cold as it was warm. I’m definitely ordering it again. Actually, I might be hooked! My husband went for the egg roll salad, which he absolutely loved, and my son had the yellow curried beef, which got two enthusiastic thumbs up. We were lucky enough to be taken care of by Macey, who made sure everything was perfect. She checked in on us just the right amount and made us feel truly welcome. The whole atmosphere was cheerful and relaxed—lots of happy diners, a bright and inviting space, and a vibe that’s perfect for both a family outing and date night alike. “In Fargo, service is not great. i had one bite of my meal and told waiter he could take it. He never asked why, if anything was wrong, just grabbed it and walked away. I wasn't expecting anything other than for him to know why my meal was not hardly touched. He never came back to table until he brought us the bill.“

“I stopped in around 5pm on 9/2 and ordered the Bold & Buffalo salad. The two gentlemen at the counter were very pleasant and made the salad very good. I went outside to enjoy the beautiful weather and my salad. After a few bites and looking forward to more bites, a bee decided to join me. Before I could get inside, the bee won and stung me and the salad bowl went flying on the ground unfortunately. No fault of the establishment but I had to leave immediately. I did inform a staff member of my mess, so Thank you for not only making a good salad but for having to clean up my mess. Bee 1 - Me 0
