“Ryan was the absolute best server that I have encountered in my life! I have an anaphylaxis food allergy. He was so on top of making sure that whatever I ordered wasn't going to be an issue. He checked with the head chef 3 different times about different entrees, so I could have the best experience. We are from out of town and will definitely be back due to the great service provided. Ryan, thank you so much for being so attentive in regards to my allergy. Tonight's experience made your restaurant, one I will always recommend.“

“Our first time here. Our server was amazing and the food came out fast and was good. Our only complaint was how rude and condescending one of the hostess was. Sydney was extremely rude multiple times to me and my mom. I was more upset of how she talked to my mom. Her name was Sydney and we were not the only one she was rude to. It was a shame since the rest of our time was a 10/10.“

“This was my second visit to Buca in Maple Grove. It was amazing. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Special Thank You to Cheyenne, he was amazing his drinks were fabulous, ask him for some of his specials, he did an amazing alcohol free apple drink, that had all 8 of us at the table very happy. He also took time to take us on a tour of the entire facility. This is a beautiful place, it has so much character. We will be back again.“

Anywho the fresh fruit raspberry and lemon fillings are definite stars of your filled donuts. It would be bomb on pancakes, fresh fruit, or over nice cream. I wish you would bottle and sell those magic concoctions separately 😋. Mary's vision is like a donut candyland. Her bakeries are clean, bright, modern, accommodating, welcoming, and use quality and fresh ingredients which results in top tier, 5 star, beautifully detailed, and decorated one of a kind donuts. You won't find donuts like hers anywhere else in MN. We are so lucky to have UFFDA here. 🤤“

“I didn’t think I was hungry, until I saw the menu, then I ordered a lot! The beet salad, shown on the website, is as delicious as colorful. The ahi tuna salad was a highlight, with a medley of great sauces and prime tuna, plus the chopped up nuts. I also had the blackened fish taco, but asked for the corn tortillas (my preference). The tacos were a great combo of ingredients, although the rice and red beans weren’t noteworthy. But the tomato basil soup was! Since it was billed as a homemade dish, I tried it and it was a touch chunky (in a honest way) and certainly flavorful enough for me to get a cup to go. I look forward to going back next trip in town (I live in Philadelphia).“

“In Fargo, service is not great. i had one bite of my meal and told waiter he could take it. He never asked why, if anything was wrong, just grabbed it and walked away. I wasn't expecting anything other than for him to know why my meal was not hardly touched. He never came back to table until he brought us the bill.“

“I stopped in around 5pm on 9/2 and ordered the Bold & Buffalo salad. The two gentlemen at the counter were very pleasant and made the salad very good. I went outside to enjoy the beautiful weather and my salad. After a few bites and looking forward to more bites, a bee decided to join me. Before I could get inside, the bee won and stung me and the salad bowl went flying on the ground unfortunately. No fault of the establishment but I had to leave immediately. I did inform a staff member of my mess, so Thank you for not only making a good salad but for having to clean up my mess. Bee 1 - Me 0

The food was great, I got the Buddha's Feast and it met my expectations. Our waiter was incredible, I didn't catch his name but he was a younger guy and did a great job while being friendly and genuine.
I will definitely come back, but I'd love to see expanded vegan offerings.“
