“Went here with my parents, wife and two children. The service was excellent, the hostess was able to get us a table even though it was quite full and we had no reservations. The food was great, delicious meat balls, manicotti, and seafood dish. For dessert we had the tiramisu and the ice cream which everyone loved. The portions were large and we had enough left over for 4 of us to have lunch the next day. It's no wonder why this place was so busy. The prices were very fair and reasonable.“
“While I have had food from Ronnally's in the past due to a past exchange between this and another restaurant I used to work for, it was only within the last 7 months that I've had the chance to actually visit Ronnally's in person to dine in.I should not have waited that long. Not only does the experience of dining in when the dining room is busy show how beloved this place is by the community, but it also brings you into a very comfy and almost homely atmosphere that is heightened by the great tunes they play, and the scent of fresh food being prepared in the kitchen. Both times in the recent past I was served by Lexi, and not only did she take great care to give me a great experience on both trips, but she made sure from start to finish that my drinks were never empty. She's very clearly attentive, exceptionally friendly, and wants to make sure her guests are cared for when they are there. The food speaks for itself. I can't say much more than that, both times I've been here I've left more than satisfied with the meals, both in how much I paid, and how much I got on my plate. The portions are great even at the half size let alone the full size, And the quality of the food is consistent every time.Thank you to the staff at Ronnally's for providing an excellent place to enjoy a wonderful meal.“
“Hyacinth is a truly incredible place. The food is beautiful and the atmosphere is relaxed but elegant, I've never had anything but an incredible time here.Vegetarian options: There are multiple vegeterian options throughout the menu.Dietary restrictions: Hyacinth is an alergy aware resturant and is willing to midify dishes to accomodate all dietary restrictions.Parking: There is no parking lot, and Hyacinth is located on a busy stretch of grand ave where street parking is hard to come by. Plan to walk at least a block.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no automatic doors, and there is no accessible parking on the block. Tight seating makes it difficult for wheelchair users to navigate through the resturant.“
“One of the best restaurants in the state, especially their thin crust pizza! They have impeccable ingredients, consistent quality, and a fair price!I miss dining in, the ambiance is cheery and comforting. Maybe they'll open dining in again?Cheers!“
“Cozy and comfortable. It's not loud so you can have a conversation (even with a table of drunk mid aged men, the atmosphere was still enjoyable for a date night). The food came out fast and fresh. Lighting is nice and service is attentive without being overly intrusive. The free bread basket is so fresh and delicious rosemary flavor. Puttanesca was just right, not too salty and the lobster sauce on the ravioli- chef's kiss. I preferred the bread basket over the bruschetta but no complaints overall!Parking: Street parking on a Monday was easy.“
“My husband I went on a date here tonight and it exceeded our small date expectations. We love trying locally owned places and the Philly is just wonderful, full of flavor and steaming hot. The fries are super good and crispy and the seasoned sour cream that comes with the wings is unreal.“
“Pizza was good but lukewarm by the slice, deserts are phenomenal. Hand made and delicious. Classic place to visit anytime I'm in St.paul for sure. Just hope next time the pizza is hot and fresh, it's a shame that it wasn't. Love it always though.“
“Very tasty food! Only downfall was they don't have many alcohol drink mixer options. They do have redbull, but they wanted $10 for the pour of vodka and $7 for the redbull.... a $17 drink seems excessive. Thankfully the server pointed it out to me before putting the order in so I chose something else!“
“Went here with my little family for lunch. Service took a bit longer than other places, but I didn't mind at all because the food was bomb! Not overly salty like most places and everything tasted fresh. Especially the veggies: crunch crunch. I would definitely visit this place again.“
“Yarruso's holds a special place in our family's heart, spanning generations with its authentic Italian food. Whether dining in or picking up sauce and meatballs, you can't go wrong. My father in particular, loved Yarruso's, and had been eating there since the 60s. So, when he passed away in November, it was only fitting to have Yarruso's cater his memorial service. Jerry and his team cooked up a huge feast to help us properly say goodbye to a great man. I know he would have loved it! Thank you for always being there for us!“
“First time here. Made a reservation. Hosts there don't seem like they want to be there. The waitresses were friendly. You walk in and it doesn't seem like a restaurant, layout is weird. Looks like an ice cream shop. Then they take you to the dining and you see pink panther stuffed animal decor. The bread that comes with the dinner salad was pretty decent. Got the ravioli appetizer. A little bland on the inside but the sauce and outside were decent.Service was a little slow and the pop was flat. Great portion for the pasta. Had leftovers for the next day. Deep dish pizza was good and very filling. It was a good try at something new but I probably won't go back.“
“Cannot say enough good things about our experience at Zambonis on 7th!! Stopped in Friday and camped out and ate and loved the entire experience! We attempted to give wild bills our business Saturday night, and after awful service we left and returned to zambonis! The food, drinks, and atmosphere are everything you would want from a local bar/restaurant! Ps...ask for Gus! He is hilarious!“
“Our waitress very clearly did not want to be there and another kept running over to make up for her poor/complete lack of service. I felt bad for her. I wish I could have given the tip to the other one who visited our table way more, brought our food and to go boxes, and looked generally uncomfortable to be working alongside our waitress. Hopefully whatever was on our waitresses mind and distracting her was resolved positively.“
“We ate on the 2nd floor balcony tonight and everything was absolutely amazing! We were greeted the second we walked thru the doors, given advice on the best pace to sit, and our server, Thomas, was very knowledgeable about everything on the menu. We ordered the wagyu steak and butternut risotto with blue crab cakes and Caesar salad to start. The food was perfect! The service was incredible, at the atmosphere was homey and romantic at the same time. 10/10 will recommend and we will be back!!“
“We have tried the Grand Ave, Northeast MPLS, Roseville, and Eden prairie locations, and all are fantastic. They are consistent, fairly priced, and delicious. I chose to review the Grand Ave location because of the area - we stopped by Grand Ole Creamery afterwards, and had a great time there as well. Plenty of other places to visit on that streetEach location features plentiful parking, even the high-traffic locations of NE and Grand Ave. They are efficient with the ordering/cooking, and we choose to go here over Black Sheep & Pizza Luce every single timeI enjoy both styles they offer, but usually build my own. The focaccia is good too, but we normally just get pizzas. They freshly shave their parmesan cheese and offer bottles of olive oil and balsamic vinegar to take to your table, which we love“
“They've made some good upgrades, but it's hard to recommend eating inside. Very crowded, especially the entry area. There's no where to wait for your table and stay out of the way of carry-out traffic. Very good food and nice servers.“
“The commercials for Olive Garden always gets me craving their food. Most often times in the past, I've been really disappointed after going. That wasn't the case this time. My wife and I shared a tour or Italy, and each part of the dish exceeded our expectations and quite honestly, past experiences too. The soups were delicious and the main dish didn't disappoint. The server was polite and friendly too. We topped this off with the chocolate lasagna and that left us stuffed and satisfied.“
“Absolutely loved this spot, serves amazing Italian cuisine and also caters for gluten restriction and other food allergies. The atmosphere is a very authentic, comfortable vibe with dates, families with small kids, friends, etc. and beautiful, live piano music in the background. Our waitress was so thoughtful and we met the owner Kim who was present and very hands on with operating the business, and introduced herself to our table - cannot say that about any other restaurant in the 5 years we’ve lived here. This is a must-go in Woodbury, … we’re surprised that it took us this long to find it and we will be repeat customers!“
“The food here was excellent, along with the prices. That alone warrants a return. Our server was professional & knowledgeable of all the menu items. The place was full, very full, two large parties of 10-12 couples. Birthday & wedding anniversary I believe. These were not tucked in the back, nor was there enough servers to accommodate this. The hostess & manager were assisting bussing, delivering orders, & keeping up with the guests. They did a good job considering the amount of people they were waiting on. Please go & eat here if your a lover of pastas & Italy. Fresh bread, great food, great staff.“
“We recently celebrated my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary here, and everything was spectacular. We were greeted warmly, the service was exceptional, the food was outstanding, and we never once felt rushed to leave or vacate our table. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a top-quality Italian experience in the Twin Cities.“
“My wife and I had made a trip into South St Paul to our accountant's office and were looking for Italian food. I was craving a dago sandwich and Angelo's Italian Restaurant did not disappoint! This family run restaurant had a delicious dago sandwich with homemade sauce and a large piece of Italian sausage, we got it to go and it was more than enough for two of us for lunch. Thanks Josh and family for a great dining experience, we will be back to try some more dishes from your menu!“
“I love this Carbone’s Pizza location! I tell everyone about it. Seriously top notice! My family actually lives in another town and we have another location here and rather drive out to the Saint Paul Park location. You guys know what you’re doing for sure!“
“Outstanding Pizza Goodness!!!Awesome pizza! Exactly what I was hoping for!!! Superb blend of tangy legit home-made pizza sauce, great crispy chewy hand tossed crust, perfectly done & generous fresh quality topping galore! (not too much, just right). I got the spicy Italian, (highly recommended!), I had them put the Buffalo sauce on the side. They included the garlic sauce, but didn't need it but I dipped my crust for some extra savory goodness! Yummo!!! I stopped in and ordered at the counter, very quick 15mins done! W tons of other pies going out the door. 10+++“
“We went to Olive Garden for lunch on Sunday, there were 3 adults and1 child in or group. One person ordered he Unlimited Soup, Salad and Breadsticks. When their soup arrived it was lukewarm. Then the salad was brought, there was a lot of brown lettuce in the salad, which she sent back. Breadsticks weren’t brought out until we asked for them. We saw the tables around us getting breadsticks, but we didn’t get them until we asked for them. They were part of one persons meal. Then we went to use the restroom and it was nasty.Or service bad experience“
