“We recently got married (October 2024) and Lake Elmo Inn catererd our wedding. It was absolutely AMAZING! We had the prime rib carving station and the walleye as well as the duck soup and salad. Our guests are still talking about the food. We decided to upgrade to the "LEI Experience" which means each of your guests get a warm hand towel, an intermezzo sorbet, and a chocolate covered strawberry!!! We were over the moon with the service on the night of the wedding and all our communication with LEI throughout the process. Special shoutout to Kayla G. who was the most patient, professional, and kind event manager! She answered every single one of my (many) questions and she did so with a smile! On the night of the wedding, we were SO impressed with how fast the servers were able to get to each of our guest tables and keep the flow going. It was seamless, seriously. We cannot recommend Lake Elmo Inn Catering enough. They've total pro's and just know that you'll be in good hands. Thank you again to everyone on the team for your hard work to make the dream come true!! <3“

“We went to the cities to see Evanescence on the 20th of September and had layover time for the concert to start so my husband and I walked from the venue to Little Brazil. Unfortunately, we got absolutely drenched walking back to the show. Not only that, but we forgot our precious signed posters from the band at our table . The staff saved our posters and kept them safe until we made it back to get them the next day which we truly appreciated. They would have been destroyed by the weather otherwise. We were SO enamored with this gem of a place, it was WORTH the soaked clothes, chattering teeth and watching the rest of the concert soaked through! There is definitely something for everyone whether it be coffee, dessert, sandwiches. They also have a market of imported goods to try like chocolate, candies, snacks etc. Now whenever we are near the cities, it's going to be a must stop! 💖“

“I'm giving 4 stars because I want this review to get attention. I like this place a lot, but the amount of times I get food I didn't order is concerning. Now I'm afraid to go back for fear I'll get something I can't even eat, then they have to make it again and waste food. The food is too expensive for this to keep happening.

Other than that, as I said, this place is good, the food is good. The staff is always nice and I know they would be amenable when there is an issue with the food, but this happens so often I fear it wouldn't stop even if I did say something. I know it's not malicious or anything and sometimes things get mixed up. But it's happened so many times I felt compelled to leave this review in the hopes management sees it and takes steps to be more cognizant of what the customers are ordering and what they are giving them. I'm not sure what the intention is behind this, if any. I just don't want to waste food.“

The disk buzzes and flashes and the my human goes back to the truck and comes back with the best food ever. “There are very few restaurants that I really want eat at regularly, but Mississippi Pub is one of those. The consistency of the menu is part of that… I know that the wings will be crispy and hot. I know that the brunch items will be savory and plentiful. But the atmosphere is the other. This is NOT fast food! Come to enjoy a cocktail (or an excellent mocktail), the view of the river, and leisurely enjoy the experience. If you’re in a hurry, I’m sure there’s a fast food restaurant you can choose instead 😂“

“My husband & I spent the majority of our lives in So Cal & Arizona. We were fortunate enough to have some of the best mexican food in the US, with the culture weaved into our daily lives. Moving to WI, we struggled to find the same. We finally found an authentic mexican restaurant. The food was so good & the staff was friendly & attentive.
