“The younger guy with brown hair was awesome. He did all the work while the other worker didn’t even help him. That guy deserves a raise! Even with him being by himself he still had great customer service. I hope he gets recognized and that other worker shouldn’t work there if she’s not even going to help the person doing all the work out. I hope he sees this or management recognizes him because he deserves it!!“

“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

“I got the triple berry crepe with dark chocolate sauce and it was delish!! The star of the plate was the unassuming whipped cream. I’ve never had whipped cream like it before and it’s honestly the best I’ve ever tasted so don’t skimp on it. I also tried one of the croffels and was blown away by the many layers familiar to croissants made crispy by being cooked in a waffle iron. I can’t say enough about the flavors and textures experienced at Paris Crepes & Boba Tea. The cherry on the top is the speedy and friendly service. This place is a must try if you enjoy crepes and croissants. 👍🏼👍🏼“

“Lost my comment. Try again. On May 19th a group of family members went to the Bloomington Culvers. We were celebrating my grandsons grade school concert. I was unable to go up front to order and my son asked if someone could help me. Jose (spelling) I believe was the night manager. He came back to my table and took my order. He was so gracious and kind. I so appreciated his help. I didn't have the right walker and it would have been difficult without help to go up front. I can't thank him enough. It is so nice to go to a restaurant and know everyone is so friendly and willing to make your experience a good one. Thank you Don and Misty for such a wonderful crew. “The best DQ in the state. Something about the soft serve that stands out from the rest. I think it is the setting of the temperature and moisture control. They get it perfect. Also the service is quick and very friendly. He hires local kids and treats them well and they aer trained well.“

“Today 4-20-2025 I went to this location two young girls were working around 1:30 pm and I order a small Oreo Blizzard but was charged for a Medium size instead. I come here for weeks now and I know how much for the small and it’s 4.69. and not 5.15. Any ways update: 4-22-2025 around 2pm went to this location and told them about this small incident and younger lady cashier she apologized and So I bought a medium sized Oreo blizzard and got a upgraded to large to balanced it off. “I always love going to this particular store. My favorite treat is a large strawberry shake with extra strawberries. They never skimp on the extra strawberries, and they're Johnny on the spot at taking care of the customers waiting for their orders. I definitely recommend this store in particular.“

“Weirdly cozy, clean, and inviting given that it's a fast food place. The lighting and ambience made it feel welcoming, unlike the cold, bleak, and sterile McDonald's vibe of today which makes you want to get in and out as quickly as possible. I actually saw a guy sitting at a booth working on his laptop, which makes sense as the soft lighting gives the place an almost coffee shop-like feel. They were playing light 70s music too, which gave me a wholesome nostalgic feeling. Someone who I assume was the manager was going around asking people how their food was, politely and attentively. In summary: This Arby's pleasantly surprised me enough that I took the time to write a Google review, lol“

Ordered the chicken breast sliders. First question they asked was did I want the honey mustard sauce. I said no and they didn’t put it on there. While the service did take a hot minute I was understanding as they did have a few cars ahead of me. I would revisit this store in the future.“

“Went to this location tonight and saw some incredible training in action. The new recruits were very friendly, obviously taught to them buy the managers on duty. My faith in humanity was also restored when I saw them bring a meal to a gentleman outside the restaurant that was clearly in need. They invited the man in as he appreciatively devoured the meal. I recommend this Arby's in particular based off these actions alone. I apologize that I didn't get the names of the staff.“

“I like this place I came in about once a week while I’m running errands. The foods good but I had an odd experience because I didn’t give the employee my sandwich toppings in the right order. I’ve been coming here since it opened and going to sandwich shops all my life and I’ve never had an employee get annoyed with me because I didn’t give my toppings in the right order and all I was doing was going by how they had the ingredients laid out. It just like an strange experience and not what I’m used to since this place usually has a pretty good atmosphere and friendly staff.“

We went to Qdoba last minute and they catered our order for our son's grad party! Crystal was the manager on duty! Her and the staff were so kind and helpful! What they did was a true blessing!
