“This place is not inexpensive; but the food is worth every single penny. It’s unique, it’s vegan, it’s delicious, and it’s healthy. The atmosphere is very comfortable. (although the music was a little bit loud for conversation). I shared the cauliflower tacos and hummus plate and we each had a glass of wine and took the yummy yummy yummy yummy yummy cheesecake home (the cheesecake seemed expensive at the time; but I will purchase it again and again. Every taste was Yum Yum Yum Yum.). a lot of times when I go out to eat I think; I could’ve saved money and just ate at home. However, I truly felt my money was well spent! The food was fresh. Very tasty. The arugula salad was phenomenal, even though it was very simple. I need to come back here way more often. Thank you very much for your dedication to healthy, tasty, vegan food. “Very no frills layout to the restaurant which I love because the focus stays on the incredible food. We tried several of the small plates and also an entree each. The service was fantastic, our server explained everything to us in detail and with enthusiasm which added to the excitement of the experience. The drinks were not only delicious but also very balanced. I would say that's a theme of the restaurant, great balance. I felt like the flavors for everything we had, from the charred shishito peppers with bonito flakes to the dungenous crab fettuccine, was very evenly balanced and everything complimented the other flavors well. This is definitely in the top 3 restaurants I've tried in Minneapolis so far. Highly recommended.“

Our family favorite was the honey ranch and the hot honey that complemented their Hawaiian style Za perfectly. Let’s not forget the house made garlic aioli sauce *chefs kiss* We cannot wait to try their cheesesteak options when we return in a few weeks! “We held our baby shower here and it was fantastic! We booked the front taproom area and the front pickleball courts. The food was amazing, I definitely recommend the crepe station as it was a hit with our guests. Taylor was super responsive and helpful as we were planning everything, and the staff day-of were great as well. Highly recommend for events.“

“My boyfriend and my kids along with the dog came here. We made reservations for the covered outdoor area and showed up a couple minutes early and they were still able to seat us right away which was excellent. It was surprisingly a really nice area as this was our first time visiting the restaurant before we went over to the falls. Everyone enjoyed their food and the portions were large. Our waiter was very attentive, they treated our dog well and the dog menu is super cute!!!The only odd thing from the whole experience was I asked for a tequila and sparkling water and she asked if I meant a skinny margarita??? Idk how that correlates at all I thought it was funny though. Either way I would definitely come back with our dog it was a nice relaxing atmosphere to enjoy dinner with family and a few drinks.“

“Selam was absolutely delicious as my first full on experience with Ethiopian food. I've had similar cuisine in the past, but never the full presentation of meats and vegetables with injera.

We started with the lentil sambusa, which was shatteringly crispy. Incredible texture.

But the real star was the Selam combo. It came with three meat-based wots (stews), a few lentil/corn, and salad and pickled cabbage. Served with injera, a super spongy and fermented soft bread for ripping and dipping, the whole thing was just a sensory and flavorful delight.

I will admit the service was a little inattentive as they were busy with prep work, and the restaurant is decorated like a HomeGoods. But I feel like that's part of the charm.

“I would like to recognize Tyrus at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car Mall of America location in Bloomington, Minnesota for going far above and beyond in helping my husband and me. We had parked in the airport parking lot and were struggling to get to the airport terminal with multiple bags. My husband is a disabled veteran with medical challenges, and the walk would have taken us quite a long time. Tyrus was actually on his lunch break when he noticed us struggling. Without hesitation, he came over and began helping us by pushing our suitcases closer to the terminal. Seeing that we were still having difficulty, he went even further and brought a vehicle to help us get there faster. Because of my husband’s chronic pain, getting into the vehicle was difficult, so Tyrus kindly drove me to the terminal, unloaded my luggage, and walked me inside to the check-in area. My husband decided to walk, and the next thing I knew Tyrus was pushing him along with his walker so we could make it to the terminal. Thanks to Tyrus’ kindness and willingness to help, we made our flights on time. The most amazing part is that we were not even Enterprise customers. We were simply two senior citizens trying to make it to our flight, and he chose to help us anyway. He refused any compensation and simply wanted to do the right thing. His kindness, compassion, and professionalism truly represent the very best in customer service. Please recognize him for his outstanding character and service. Thank you again, and God bless Tyrus for his kindness.“

“My waiter Addison was great and very attentive. However, the short rib sandwich was over cooked and over priced. On line there were a couple of items that I didn't see on the actual menu while at the restaurant. We were given the lunch menu at the front door, this really confused me, later Addison eventually figured it out. The rest of the experience was nice. The comedy acts were funny, except for the second to last guy, that totally bombed, as part of his act was to call all women bitches. He was poorly prepared, and otherwise was not funny at all, and should not be invited back.“

“We have been frequent visitors of both LBC & IGBC since the beginning and tonight was hands down the best experience we have ever had. The food/atmosphere/drinks were great as always, but what put it over the top tonight at IGBC was our server- Caygen. She welcomed us and our 3 kids and had such an amazing attitude. She was friendly, cognizant of getting the kids drinks and then food in quickly and checked in frequently. We ordered a fruit cup for our one year old and she took the time to cut it up to make sure we didn’t have to and that it was ready for him to eat. This is something that we have never experienced and we were touched by the gesture. We will be back and hope to have her again!“
