Very welcoming place, nice little chalk board you write your name then they call you for seating. Service was amazing Miranda I believe was our server, she answered every question with kind and patiently waited for pur order. Spinach & Feta Stromboli was tasty not too salty balanced, maybe it can be little crispy. Pasta Zydeco i request to have this w chicken and they deliver its yummy have nice texture and flavor to 10/10. Last I got few slices of pizza, the crust its perfect cheesy saucy, flavor on point the crust i cant even tell you how good it was. I just like good old fashioned cheese pizza it wasnt greasy or oily at all. great experience will be back soon!“

“We absolutely love this neighborhood restaurant. The Thai wings have me in an absolute chokehold. The breading on the wings gives them a delicious, crispy crunch, and the flavor is a 10/10. “Family and I had an incredible time there on a Wednesday night. The atmosphere was great, we were greated by the owners who were so hospitable to our family after we acccidentally walked through the wrong entrance, and gave us a couple of Hamm's anyways! From there it was all even better, with amazing service from all the staff, food that was so so so good, and came out quick, and music and energy that just permeated every moment. It was truly above and beyond!

We are avowed super fans of Mothership now, can't wait to take our friends if they haven't been! It's the best of what the Twin Cities can offer. Full Stop.

“Amazing local place, food is great, addicted to the veggie wrap, but the signature pizza, starters, and bowls are delicious. Super easy ordering via web, rewards program. The staff at dinkytown are super friendly and quick! The prices are reasonable, a few items I find overpriced or small portions, others I find a dollar or two cheaper than I’d expect. Lobby is smallish but have one table that seats 6 and one 4.

“This is a sweet little restaurant with affordable good food! I recommend take out because seating is limited. The staff are so kind and patient too. We had an order wrong once and gave it to our neighbors. Now they go here too! Its nice being able to grab a few $5 burgers and a pizza to feed my kids when were having a long day. “It is very unusual for me and my sister's to go out and enjoy every single thing about a restaurant. But Lynette's hit on all the factors. Pleasant, kind, and wonderful servers. Absolutely delicious food! And I mean from aps to entries and a comfortable, beautiful, and relatively quiet atmosphere.“

“Years overdue, but one experience was able to define my entire impression of this establishment because the food was really good. Some of the items in my pictures no longer exist on the menu, but I have faith that whatever they have decided to replace those items with must be great as well. It is also cool to see some of the items that I had in 2021 are still around! I am honestly really happy to see it.

Pretty much everything was a hit in my opinion. The A5 wagyu nigiri resulted in one very pleasant bite because the wagyu beef, which was supposed to be fatty in texture, did it work in providing the rice with a rich flavor as well. The panzanella had multiple ingredients such as cucumber, avocado, and serrano pepper, and having a bonito mayo giving it additional flavor made the dish work but in terms of flavor and texture. The stracciatella was interesting because I have never seen salsa verde and wasabi together in one dish, and it tasted pretty good. I wasn't used to it, but I could more than tolerate it for sure. The pork gyoza was really good as well, not only because the wood ear mushrooms provided a layer of texture that the dumpling didn't have, but also because the foie gras provided some richness to the gyoza. In terms of pasta, both the squid ink pappardelle and the fettuccine ai uni were great! The pasta was al dente. There was enough crab and bolognese in the dish. And the pecorino romano cheese in the squid ink pasta provided extra creaminess texture since I mixed it in with the sauce. Both dishes were super solid.

It seems like prices have increased drastically since I was last here in 2021, which I understand is because of inflation, but it makes the dishes way less afforable now. The squid ink pasta, which is still on the menu, went from $23 to $32.5, and that's quite a bit. Because of that, I don't think this is one of those places one would visit all the time. For a special occasion, though, based on the food alone, worth it.“

“This place has the best stromboli in the world and I will not accept any alternative opinions to this. Due to health reasons, I'm 100% plant-based now but this is one of extremely few exceptions I'll make, the meat stromboli is that good.
