Big tap room with high ceilings. Beer was good with lots of selections. Food is overpriced though. Not a lot of selections and the entrees don’t come with chips or fries. I will say that the brisket queso dip is phenomenal and would definitely recommend that. They offer tours but didn’t have enough time to do one.
I really like Surly's beer but never had the opportunity to visit the Beer Hall. I was warmly received, but not told about restaurant week specials. I enjoyed trying a Mosh Pit Hazy IPA - yummy. I ordered some mahi tacos. They were OK but expensive for what I got. There were no 'sides' I could order! I ordered chicken tacos. It was a small serving of pulled chicken. I was excited for this brewery tour as Surly beer is one of my personal favorites. The tour started late and ran far longer than the planned hour. It did come with a free tasting at the end. I was a bit disappointed that they didn’t offer any of their flagship beers to taste.
