“We held our company Christmas Party at their beautiful restaurant and had such a great time! The staff were so attentive and wonderful to interact with throughout the whole evening! We ordered an array of food and our employees couldn’t stop talking about how fantastic the prime rib and KFC (Korean fried cauliflower) were! The talk around the shop about this event and the delicious food went on for days! We all had such a great experience from start to finish. They made it so easy to plan, set up, host and tear down. We would highly recommend anyone looking to host a party to come here! Now if you are just looking for a bite to eat for a date night or family night out, they also have you covered. No matter what plans you have this is the spot to be! A huge thanks to Lake and Irving for all they did for us and a massive thank you to Chris the chef! That meal was better than we could have ever expected!“

“We enjoy coming to JJs for Bingo and food and drinks. It’s usually busy on Bingo days, but we get there early and can get a table and order food and drinks before the first number is called. The service is good even though the place is super busy, and prices are reasonable. The waitresses are very upbeat, laugh at my husband’s jokes and refill our drinks without us having to ask. My husband’s favorites are the lasagna or chicken potpie. I usually have the Caesar salad with salmon and it has been good, although once or twice the salmon was slightly overcooked. The last time I thought I’d try something different and ordered the turkey melt and was sorely disappointed. I was looking forward to a slightly greasy sautéed sandwich with gooey cheese oozing out, stuffed with turkey. Instead the sandwich I received was like dry toast, with two slices of cheese stuck to it and a skimpy amount of turkey. I ate the turkey and peeled the cheese off, but it was very underwhelming. Please learn how to make a proper melt sandwich or take it off the menu. I won’t be ordering it again. Not giving a terrible rating, because this has been the only bad experience in over two years, but I just had to let you know the sandwich was terrible. Thanks.“

“The point of this place is to get drunk and socialize, and you can absolutely accomplish that here. They've ruined the atmosphere with the stage they added a few years back for bands. I know the intention was good, but bands could fit a smaller footprint without the stage, and it's a single room that absolutely does not need elevation. We played there for years, and having room for people to dance made the experience wonderful. Those days are gone.“

My kids loved playing in the arcade and my husband was in his element with all the sport. I loved the cocktails. “Was at Moes's Char House Chanhassen with Sarah Morgan . Pulled $250 in Pulltabs. The waiter, an Excelsior Dufus, would not let me use 3 credit cards, he demanded cash. I tipped him $30 and then the manager yelled at me for shorting the tab. $50 in cash had gone missing from the table as the Excelsior Man giggled at me. I tipped him $30 more and left. Don't go to Moe's Char House!“

“I have been to Pub 42 many times either by myself or with a party up adds of 6 people. The atmosphere is inviting and friendly. We have had the pleasure of having Riley and Iza as our servers on many occasions and I can’t stress how kind and accommodating both of them are, I have celiac disease and they are knowledgeable about the ingredients and the process of the food so that I am safe when eating there. Including the double checking and making sure that my food is gluten free, and with very limited chance of cross contamination. Both do a great job of making sure the food is good and arrives at an appropriate time, while being friendly and kind and connecting with us as patrons. I would recommend pub 42 to anyone and everyone and tell them to request being seated in either Riley or Iza’s section to guarantee them the best of service available.“

“We absolutely love this neighborhood restaurant. The Thai wings have me in an absolute chokehold. The breading on the wings gives them a delicious, crispy crunch, and the flavor is a 10/10. We’ve had several of the pizzas also and those are a slam dunk every time. And the servers are all super attentive and helpful with menu choices. It’s hard to decide what to try next!“

“My mom and I stopped in for lunch and we were greeted immediately and chose a table to sit at. I chose their spiciest burger (the name escapes me) and my mom chose the pepperoni pizza. Both were delicious, but if you don't like things too spicy, ask them to put the spicy sauce on the side for your burger. It was a lot of heat, but still so good! Atmosphere was calm and relatively quiet as there were only a few customers at the bar and surrounding tables during our visit. Our server was also bartending, and he was very attentive. I'd definitely stop back in whenever I happen to be on that side of the cities!“

The food was delicious, the drinks were reasonably priced, and I enjoyed the experience. The 21 year olds were full and happy when we left. I would go back for a similar offering in the future.“

We were here on a Friday evening and it was not busy which made me a little sad for the place. I understand the comments about the guy at the desk, but don’t let that stop you; it’s such a quick interaction. He did end up being very nice and helpful with a couple things we needed (lighter for cake candles and plate and utensils). If you’re looking for somewhere fancy and updated, this probably isn’t the place for you. I would recommend this bowling alley, we’ll be back.“

“I can’t say enough positive things about the catering at the Maple Grove location. I had ordered sloppy joes for my Labor Day weekend camping trip. When I went to cook the meat, I discovered that they had given me taco meat instead. Which was, of course, disappointing. I called them the next day to let them know, and they couldn’t have been more apologetic and accommodating. No excuses were made. They just asked how they can make it right. I told the catering manager that all I really wanted were the sloppy joes and he insisted that he provide a side of my choice;anything I wanted. They made it all available for me the very next day and added mac and cheese to my order. When I arrived, the manager greeted me and asked me if there was anything else I might need. Customer service!! That is so rare these days and goes a long way!! I will continue to go to Hy-Vee because of the way I was treated! And all of the food was delicious!! Highly recommend!“
