“Today 4-20-2025 I went to this location two young girls were working around 1:30 pm and I order a small Oreo Blizzard but was charged for a Medium size instead. I come here for weeks now and I know how much for the small and it’s 4.69. and not 5.15. Any ways update: 4-22-2025 around 2pm went to this location and told them about this small incident and younger lady cashier she apologized and So I bought a medium sized Oreo blizzard and got a upgraded to large to balanced it off. Thx ladies! That’s what I called taking care of your customers! I will be back again and again! Now it’s 5 stars not 1 star lols“

“Weirdly cozy, clean, and inviting given that it's a fast food place. The lighting and ambience made it feel welcoming, unlike the cold, bleak, and sterile McDonald's vibe of today which makes you want to get in and out as quickly as possible. I actually saw a guy sitting at a booth working on his laptop, which makes sense as the soft lighting gives the place an almost coffee shop-like feel. They were playing light 70s music too, which gave me a wholesome nostalgic feeling. Someone who I assume was the manager was going around asking people how their food was, politely and attentively. In summary: This Arby's pleasantly surprised me enough that I took the time to write a Google review, lol“

“Clean with quick service. Count on this restaurant to deliver the expected Cane’s quality — fresh hot chicken that’ll burn your fingers even 5-10 mins after you get your order! Can be stingy on ketchup packets with take-out tho, so you should ask for a specific amount of packs instead of just asking for ketchup“

“We go here waaaaaay more often than I care to admit and I have to say, every single time is a joy. Not just because the food is amazing (and consistent) but because the staff are truly kind and attentive! There is always someone walking around, wiping down tables. We are always greeted with a smile. One time, my youngest daughter told one of the workers that she wanted to work at Culver’s when she grows up and they brought her a flippin’ hat! How cool is that? I mean, it’s just par for the course with this place. Phenomenal staff, great food, and our family always leaves happy.“

“I like this place I came in about once a week while I’m running errands. The foods good but I had an odd experience because I didn’t give the employee my sandwich toppings in the right order. I’ve been coming here since it opened and going to sandwich shops all my life and I’ve never had an employee get annoyed with me because I didn’t give my toppings in the right order and all I was doing was going by how they had the ingredients laid out. It just like an strange experience and not what I’m used to since this place usually has a pretty good atmosphere and friendly staff.“

The manager and crew were amazingly generous — they just had a big order cancel, and gave us the extra subs! Made my son smile, and we were the champs bringing lunch home to the rest of the fam! ❤️“

“Extremely efficient and fast. This well-staffed branch of DQ is very family oriented. My toddler was throwing a tantrum about the ice cream being incorrect and the manager stepped in to provide parental assistance (and a better ice cream cone 😂) free of charge. “Went through the drive through and when we pulled up there were three cars in front of us but moved along pretty quickly. Places out order and got to pull up to the window. Was informed that we were waiting on the curly fries and were asked to pull into one of the parking slots to wait. I was thinking that we were just being sent into the void but it was only a matter of a few minutes and our order was brought out. Very friendly and courteous workers from speaker to bag hand-off. “I went to 4 different grocery stores looking for taco salad bowls. Defeated, I drive home. Then I see it, the chicken salad taco bowl ad in the window. I would discover not only could I buy a taco salad shell, but that it would still be warm, and come in a container to keep it safe for the ride home. All that for a mere dollar, and some change. Out of pure greed, I purchased 2, knowing I could've easily paid double that for 1 anywhere else. Thank you John Taco for being there in my time of need.“

She double checked the order every step: toppings add/removed, toasted, needing a drink carrier, etc. Hit every mark for making sure the order was correct. I saw the manager quickly respond when called for (to receive a delivery) and the man doing bike delivery got on register and assisted the next customers promptly when he arrived back. “Wendy’s is the only place that listens when I ask for extra onions. The customer service is great, the staff are always so cheerful and friendly. The burger tastes satisfying, way better than most fast food places. Who ever manages this location is doing an excellent job. Their location on lake street is convenient for locals, but it’s not their fault that people going through a difficult time in life also frequent this Wendy’s. I mainly do drive through orders so this doesn’t affect my experience.“
