“Crazy how I underestimated Jersey Mike’s! I went for the first time recently, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I ordered a tuna salad sandwich, and the fact that they make their tuna in‑house was a huge bonus. The staff member even recommended the best bread for it and kindly explained that they don’t use a toaster. They answered all my questions with patience.

When I took the first bite, it genuinely surprised me — it was so delicious. The celery added the perfect crunch. If you love tuna, you need to try it.

“I ordered through doordash and texted my driver asking if he could make sure the condiments I requested were in the bag, I also asked if he could grab some sauces not available to order on the doordash app for me but he didn't reply. So I called the store nervously and spoke to a gentleman, explaining my situation and he assured me I did the right thing by calling 😍 he was so kind and courteous, making sure I got the sauces I wanted. “It's a good-old-fasioned DQ with outdoor seating only. They do a nice job of hiring and training their young staff to be friendly and attentive. I stop by at least a couple times a month during their long season (March-October at least) and always look forward to a good experience. Nice co-customers, too!

She double checked the order every step: toppings add/removed, toasted, needing a drink carrier, etc. Hit every mark for making sure the order was correct. I saw the manager quickly respond when called for (to receive a delivery) and the man doing bike delivery got on register and assisted the next customers promptly when he arrived back. “Valentines Day, reservations required. This was so fun!! We choose to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary, which so happens to also be Valentine's Day, at White Castle. The restaurant was decorated with hearts, balloons, decorated tables even included a candle. It was adorable 😍 We were warmly greeted at the door by staff. We were then seated at a cute table. All the staff were dressed in red and hearts. Smiles galore. We were offered a special printed Valentines menu. We enjoyed the table service, such a nice touch. When I made the original reservation, I included the comment that we were celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary. To our surprise the staff went out of their way to treat us to a bottle of sparkling juice served in champagne glasses. What a lovely touch!!! They really made our dinner extra special. We dined on cheese sliders, onion chips, shrimp nibbles, fish nibbles and chocolate shakes. Everything was fresh hot and perfectly cooked. Yummy !!!

“Went through the drive through and when we pulled up there were three cars in front of us but moved along pretty quickly. Places out order and got to pull up to the window. Was informed that we were waiting on the curly fries and were asked to pull into one of the parking slots to wait. I was thinking that we were just being sent into the void but it was only a matter of a few minutes and our order was brought out. Very friendly and courteous workers from speaker to bag hand-off. Any ways update: 4-22-2025 around 2pm went to this location and told them about this small incident and younger lady cashier she apologized and So I bought a medium sized Oreo blizzard and got a upgraded to large to balanced it off. However, the DQ in Plymouth off Rockford Road needs their employees better trained for customer service. They were very rude to me when I asked them if I could buy a bunch (4 boxes) of dilly bars and buster bars for my crew. They said I could only buy one box, as they just opened and need to leave the rest of the dilly and busterbars for other customers. Just thought that was a bit strange to restrict my purchase of buying more. One particular young man at the counter represented poor customer service by his attitude. Maybe they were afraid they'd have to make more or reload the freezer? Not sure what his issue was but I even tried to give him the benefit of a doubt and make him smile, but no luck.“

“I've always been a fan of the sandwiches at Jersey Mike's, but this is more of a shout-out for the people that work at the Roseville, MN location. The people who work there are always friendly, willing to joke around and create a really fun atmosphere while making you a big ole sandy. Hats off to you guys. They got my order wrong. I asked to upgrade to mac&cheese from french fries for the #1 meal. I got to the window, recieved the food, went through the bag and realized they gave me fries and no mac.
I kindly told the girl at the window ( Who never repeated my order back to me, just asked for my name) and she proceeded to roll her eyes at me. She ( being annoyed) asked for my food back ( which CFA is never supposed to do) She called some younger guy in the blue striped polo over, he said to take the fries out of my bag and throw them away. ( I guess they thought I was trying to pull one over on them? not sure. Usually they just keep them in the bag)
Instead of grabbing a napkin or a glove, she sticks her hand in my bag of food and pulls out the fries, and sticks the bag of food back out of the window to give to me. I'm sorry, im really not picky usually, but money is disgusting. On top of that, you're touching the window and everything else.
There was 3 cars behind me in line.....
This is the only store I CONSISTANTLY have to ask for my sauces because they never get it right.
I was a store manager for 2 1/2 years at a CFA in Maryland. I get it, I know how it can be. But I also know that- that job... is not THAT hard.
And to get annoyed at me because your order taker didnt input the meal correctly? I'm sorry, but thats completely innapropriate and I had to write a review on here.

Mangement needs to really improve the night shift workers there because I'm starting to get really tired of constantly feeling like I'm being a problem whenever I remind them they forgot something that I asked for.

I do not mean to go on a rant but CFA is better than this. WAY better. And I will try to make sure that the management at that CFA see's me. I am more than willing to speak to management there.“

“I can confidently say I’ve never had “good” McDonald’s, but this location nailed it. Not only did they read/review our order with us twice, but the food came out hot and actually tasted good. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been stuck in stale-fry purgatory. These fries were what dreams are made of. “12/16/25 11:30am. I went for Taco Tuesday and it was busy. Maybe because Oak Park height is closed and I saw that manager working at this location now. It's fairly quiet inside. This location had black pepper which I like on tacos so I was surprised by that. Wi-Fi is weak and was hard to get a cell signal. Parking is a little different in that you can't park right in front like other Taco John's. There is seating outside. There are two restrooms unisex and the one I went into was clean.“

“There is a shelf near the ordering counter that I’m guessing was built for online order pick ups. People tend to take bags that aren’t there’s so it makes sense this store has stopped using it, but it would be extremely helpful to put up a sign above the shelf that says you need to check in at the counter for pick up orders. I’ve never been to this store so I didn’t know I had to, I waited an extremely long time waiting for my order to be placed on the shelf before I overheard someone else walk right up and get their order right away.“

“I ordered the beef ribs and pork ribs with their 5 cheese baked Mac and cheese and it was absolutely delicious!!! The pork ribs were a bit salty but if you eat it with the BBQ sauce they provide it's amazing I got them with the side Mac and the Mac was soooo good! You can tell there are 5 different cheeses and it wasn't dry! The pork ribs came with about 4 ribs and a few ends. The beef ribs are pretty big and came with 2 and an extra end. Next time I order I will definitely be getting just the beef ribs in my opinion they were better they had a bit of spice to them and weren't too salty! Baked Mac and cheese 9/10 just wish it came with a little more. Pork ribs 6/10 they were too salty but decent. Beef ribs 9/10 perfectly seasoned just wanted a little more moisture.“
