“Pure nostalgia at an affordable price. Do you remember that place where you could collect nickels and dimes to get an ice cream cone or a hamburger? Conny’s is that place. Instead of nickels, you may need to pull together a few dollars, but it still has the feeling of an old school ice cream spot. Complete with an outdoor window and picnic tables, you can get a burger, chili dog, or a soft serve. I loved it and it will become part of our regular summer routine.“

The owner was super sweet to my daughter and pulled strawberry gelato out of the freezer even though it wasn’t on their menu that day. “We visited this charming (looked like family owned) ice cream shop for the first time, and it was well worth the 25-minute drive! We came across it on fb and just had to try them out. They have so many flavors to choose from. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The outdoor play area for kids and comfortable outdoor seating were perfect for a relaxed family outing. We'll definitely be coming back and recommending this delightful spot to our friends and family. Highly recommend!“

“This place has been in my list of places to try for some time now. Happened to find myself in the area, and decided to go and try it. Servers are amazing! They know their menu, and are glad to give any recommendations. They recommended their Tex-Mex Breakfast Burrito, and it was fantastic! I will definitely eat here again!“

“Stopped here to celebrate the start of the school year. We sat outside on the nice patio and the staff offered our kids some chalk and bubbles which was a great friendly & personal touch. We had mango, chocolate and salted caramel gelato and a chocolate shake. They were all really good. We also got a basket of fries and cheese curds, both were good. We will be back to try food.

It was a great neighborhood spot that we hope to frequent and I would recommend to friends and neighbors to check out.“

“Best Dairy Queen in Saint Paul and surrounding cities. The banana splits are cheap and pretty big for what you pay. Workers are friendly, and this is owned by a nice couple. Only 4 stars because area is not great. They close early now at 8pm. Go when it's light out. Also, they accept tips. I tipped two bucks because these young workers deserve it. Grew up in the area and love that they're still open.“

“It's small, it's a decent place to stop by for a QUICK SNACK (not a whole ass dairy aisle.) The place is run by mostly youth so that the owner can save money, they're cool and understandable people now that the last ghetto ass staff was fired. (Creeps frequent this place too.) The place is pretty pricey to buy from and it's better to go if there are promotional events or you use the app.

“It’s 85 degrees out, the ice cream and vibes here are immaculate. Best ice cream I’ve ever had, the portions are insaaaane. One of the workers in the back is singing to the music they’re playing and everything is 10/10. It’s my first time here and I will always be a fan!“

“My dad and I are celiac and have to eat gluten free so we weren’t going to be able to eat the DQ cake because of the crunch. I went in and the woman working said she could switch out the crunch for M&Ms. Not only was she able to make the cake the same day (6 hours notice) there was no additional fee for “gluten free”. I so appreciate the extra accommodations they make for their clients.“

“They are a small location, but service is very good, and the food and treats are tasty.
The biggest knock is getting to the restaurant due to turning restrictions at their corner location. You make a bit of a detour to get to them.“

“Ice creams... what makes it different from similar ones is that one can choose the extra ingredients and they mix and integrate them as part of the ice cream, that is, it does not remain as a topping or topping.

For me, if they were a little less sweet they would be excellent and if there was a smaller size option it would be great.

The staff are great and have been consistently really nice, and the food is always hot (or cold for ice cream). Like I expect from all DQs, the prices are good, and it's also nice to get a Blizzard every now and again. With that, and since the staff really have been excellent every time I've been here, it's just a good experience, even just for grabbing some fries.“

I worked at a DQ when I was younger so I get it. ( I did the same thing one time) Just need more training. Otherwise service is usually decently fast even when busy!“
