“The ice cream is delicious but also wanted to shout-out the fantastic customer service. I'm sorry I didn't catch the names of the two young men working tonight, but they were great. The main person we interacted with had a baseball cap and a red shirt. My son wanted a GOCO taco which wasn't available tonight, but he made a recommendation to help him get something close to what he wanted. He was also very patient with my younger son who made a mess of the used spoon cup. I would have been irritated, but he handled it with a lot of patience and grace!

“Today 4-20-2025 I went to this location two young girls were working around 1:30 pm and I order a small Oreo Blizzard but was charged for a Medium size instead. I come here for weeks now and I know how much for the small and it’s 4.69. and not 5.15. Any ways update: 4-22-2025 around 2pm went to this location and told them about this small incident and younger lady cashier she apologized and So I bought a medium sized Oreo blizzard and got a upgraded to large to balanced it off. “I absolutely adore this Cold Stone. Specifically Eden & Cai. I have Celiac disease and I order with an allergy notice and I have never gotten sick at this location. Cai is always so diligent about making my ice cream from a new box and in a separate container with new spoons. Eden is so sweet, today she asked me “have you done anything fun today?” so then we had a great conversation about hockey. Great conversations with people really make me feel better about the world! The place is run by mostly youth so that the owner can save money, they're cool and understandable people now that the last ghetto ass staff was fired. (Creeps frequent this place too.) The place is pretty pricey to buy from and it's better to go if there are promotional events or you use the app.
