“Order online. Any time I've physically come into the store to order, only one employee was working making for a really long wait time. It would be helpful if this locations management staffed more than one employee each shift. Despite the long wait, employees are always nice but thats not fair to short your staff and overwhelm them when there is a rush of people.“

“Love this Jimmy John’s. The staff are always seriously the nicest. They really go above and beyond. Had an exceptionally great experience with Kit. He was incredibly helpful and kind when they ran out of French bread and was so patient while I called my husband to see if he wanted to wait for fresh bread or just change the bread type and then to call him back.
