McDonald's in Rochester

“There are meals… and then there are epics.
I returned to McDonald's like a knight revisiting an old battlefield. The golden arches rose on the horizon like twin monuments to salt and destiny. 🍟
Inside, the fryers sang their sacred hymn. The soda fountain hissed like a dragon guarding syrup treasures. I approached the counter knowing full well what I was about to do.
And then it arrived.
A burger wrapped in crinkled paper like an ancient relic. Fries forged in bubbling oil, dusted with sodium from the tears of lesser fast food chains. A Coke so aggressively carbonated it could wake the dead.
Is it fine dining? No.
Is it clean eating? Also no.
But sometimes you don’t want microgreens and reduction sauces. Sometimes you want a cheeseburger that tastes exactly like it did when you were ten years old and life’s biggest stress was homework.
McDonald’s doesn’t whisper. It declares. It does not evolve. It endures.
And every once in a while… that’s exactly what you need. 🍔👑“

“The most frequented McDonalds by myself and my family in town. Our food is always made correctly. Quality can be a little hit and miss sometimes, but overall is solid. The only "issue" we seem to consistently have is not getting the number of sauces requested... Which is a bummer considering they charge for anything over a couple sauces now.“

Also a shout out to Maria-she is a very kind, helpful employee. Both of these individuals are great people! Always willing to answer questions and go the extra mile for customers!!“

“Food is delicious, costumer service is beyond wonderful. I came for some water, and they treated me like a queen. I got a medium water, and they came and checked if I was done. Once I was, they brought me a refill of water, but in a LARGE cup. So nice. I felt so welcome“

“Came here to get the kiddo the KPop demon hunter stuff. Stacey helped me with some things I asked about, she is the real mvp. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and quick to assist! I am closer to another McDonald's but may need to come to this one when we order!“

“I liked the fact that the restrooms were clean and the door had an ingenious way of operating it on your way out - no need to use the door handle to open it.
The seating was not designed too well, patrons were walking in between diners.“

“The staff handled a problematic customer in a very professional and kind way. Our food and service were great and during our time— they were quick to clean up a spill. Whoever is running that shift around 7pm should get a lot of kudos for keeping a level head. Dignity and class in the face of someone yelling at her.“
