Rob was welcoming and helpful with my first order. I chose the Hot chicken and let me tell you the hot chicken is actually hot. I couldn’t finish it. Lily was friendly and did a check in to see how the food was I told her it was too spicy and she was generous to replace one tender for a mild one so I can enjoy my meal. This is great customer service which is hard to come be nowadays.“
