“Today, this location was either very busy or under staffed. Took about 30 minutes for the drive thru.
That being said, the young lady working the window was kind and apologetic and cool under fire. Food was still exactly as ordered.“

But for God's sakes, what's the point of having a special instructions section if you're gonna completely ignore it.
I wanted my onions and peppers toasted with the sub, didn't happen.
I wanted half of the sub to have no sauce on it so I can bring to work the next day and it's not a soggy mess, didn't happen.
That's why I hate having some faith and pre-tipping in the hopes they actually pay attention to my toppings and instructions.

“This pretty much the only subway I go to - clean, product is stocked & good customer service. This particular day they seemed short staffed but the Two employees worked together to get everyones orders done. I understand short staff & don't mind waiting if I see the team making an effort - So great job!“

“I have always had a great experience here!! Never had any issues. In fact, this is the best subway location I’ve been to! The two guys making our subs and on register were super friendly and nice!! He made a delicious sandwich, perfectly how I wanted it!! Everything was so clean! The veggies were so fresh, the line didn’t have any scraps or messes!
