“Rita’s Italian ice in apple valley is the absolute best in Minnesota. Their treats are always delicious and the staff are always so friendly. The owner Julia is so kind and friendly. She is very communicative and is always willing to make our requested flavors for us. She is the best. The water ice is just like it is in Pennsylvania and it is always a wonderful treat for us. My go to treat is usually a gelati with Mint chocolate chip cream ice and vanilla soft serve. It’s the best! Thank you apple valley Rita’s! And thank you Julia especially.“

“I stopped in yesterday at this location and only two people were working. It was apparent to me that they were short staffed. “I got a cookie cake for a present for family member and there was a change in plan last minute, they worked with the change and were extremely helpful and polite with the order.He loved the cookie cake and shared it with several people, his favorite cookie is snickerdoodle. Awesome service and awesome cookie cake.The cake is kinda punny, but then so is the sense of humor who it was for.Great job Baking Betty's“

“Delicious! They even remembered how to make a Georgia mud fudge blizzard which, I believe, is a couple decades old!
One issue is when you're getting ice cream only and someone in front of you is getting a cooked item if their vehicle is larger than a midsize it will block you in as they wait at their window. 🤷🏻♂“

“My husband and 2 year old granddaughter dined in tonight at this location. A group of 5 teenagers were causing a disruption in the dining area. Bouncing a basketball and throwing trash on the floor, left trash on 3 tables then they moved to a different table. An employee asked them to please pick up their trash and they got mouthy with her and started swearing and refused to pick up the trash. 2 men at separate times went up to them and told them to knock it off or leave. An EMPLOYEE of Culvers named NOAH who was working also got mouthy with one of the customers and was laughing and siding with the disruptive teenagers. (one said he was 14). i sure hope i never see that employee NOAH at this location again or i will not be at that restaurant again.“
