“It seems there's some confusion between Hiko Sushi, an independent sushi restaurant, and Hissho Sushi, the sushi bar located inside Lunds and Byerlys Eagan. Hissho Sushi partners with Lunds and Byerlys and does not serve their sushi on plates, as shown in the photos and reviews.“

“waitress was super attentive and knowledgeable and NICE! Food always good. Ordered the flat bread extra crispy-- yum... sushi rolls always great. side of reg fries- not skimpy... tasty too. refills on pop and iced tea great. Bathroom clean and smelled good.“

“I love this place. When it comes to sushi I'm like a bottomless pit. A normal Japanese sushi place will charge per plate then I'm bankrupt. A Chinese buffett doesn't serve the japanese standard of sushi. This place is the best of both worlds during lunch. All you can eat and affordable. Also, its much easier to converse with people when you don't need to get up every 10min to the buffett.
Once I came during dinner and they have more variety and specialty items so it's still worth the price. Waiters have always been polite and attentive.“
