“It seems there's some confusion between Hiko Sushi, an independent sushi restaurant, and Hissho Sushi, the sushi bar located inside Lunds and Byerlys Eagan. Hissho Sushi partners with Lunds and Byerlys and does not serve their sushi on plates, as shown in the photos and reviews.“

“Our server Austin was absolutely incredible! Made us feel welcome as soon as he greeted us and gave exceptional service! I don't think I've had better service than Austin! One of the managers Cole was also very helpful and checked in on us to make sure our evening was great! Overall our experience was great and we will be coming back!“

“First time there. It was two of us. We were greeted by friendly staff. The staff was helpful with our questions. The food was delicious. We ordered different items to try each other's orders. The flavor of all the entrées was on par. Definitely filling. Great for date night or family/friends gathering.“
