“Pure nostalgia at an affordable price. Do you remember that place where you could collect nickels and dimes to get an ice cream cone or a hamburger? Conny’s is that place. Instead of nickels, you may need to pull together a few dollars, but it still has the feeling of an old school ice cream spot. Complete with an outdoor window and picnic tables, you can get a burger, chili dog, or a soft serve. I loved it and it will become part of our regular summer routine.“

“We tried for the first time tonight and I was/am pleasantly surprised at the portions of Ice Cream one gets. It's affordable and very good. I will definitely make referrals and return again and again.“

“Stopped here to celebrate the start of the school year. We sat outside on the nice patio and the staff offered our kids some chalk and bubbles which was a great friendly & personal touch. We had mango, chocolate and salted caramel gelato and a chocolate shake. They were all really good. We also got a basket of fries and cheese curds, both were good. We will be back to try food.

It was a great neighborhood spot that we hope to frequent and I would recommend to friends and neighbors to check out.“

“I'm giving 4 stars because I want this review to get attention. I like this place a lot, but the amount of times I get food I didn't order is concerning. Now I'm afraid to go back for fear I'll get something I can't even eat, then they have to make it again and waste food. The food is too expensive for this to keep happening.

Other than that, as I said, this place is good, the food is good. The staff is always nice and I know they would be amenable when there is an issue with the food, but this happens so often I fear it wouldn't stop even if I did say something. I know it's not malicious or anything and sometimes things get mixed up. But it's happened so many times I felt compelled to leave this review in the hopes management sees it and takes steps to be more cognizant of what the customers are ordering and what they are giving them. I'm not sure what the intention is behind this, if any. I just don't want to waste food.“

“A great spot in a great neighborhood. I love taking a walk and stopping for a smoothie here; everyone is always friendly and the location is very accessible. If you live in West Side consider taking your kids here for a treat instead of a chain!“

“If you're looking for a great ice cream shop with tons of flavors and ginormous portions, look no further! I only made the mistake once of getting a single. Kiddie size is more than enough ice cream, trust me. Their kiddie size is probably bigger than anything you could get elsewhere. They even let you choose 2 flavors. You can choose between cup or cone, but we always go cup just to avoid the dripping cone. There's a small seating area inside and a nice sized patio out front. It's a bit of a drive for us, but we get there at least once a year.“

“A staple on grand ice cream parlor. Wonderful in house made ice cream it is some of the best in the city. Great portions excellent flavors and such a home town feel atmosphere. The smell of their sweet Waffle cones fill the air the moment you hit the door. The strawberry cheese cake is my favorite ? ? so yummy creamy and delicious.“

“Best Dairy Queen in Saint Paul and surrounding cities. The banana splits are cheap and pretty big for what you pay. Workers are friendly, and this is owned by a nice couple. Only 4 stars because area is not great. They close early now at 8pm. Go when it's light out. Also, they accept tips. I tipped two bucks because these young workers deserve it. Grew up in the area and love that they're still open.“

“I had a small issue at the other Dairy Queen on white bear we came here hoping to have a better experience and we did just that ! I believe the man might have been a a manger and he was so polite and respectful! We re ordered the same stuff as we did at the previous DQ and are food here was good and sundae was made with love ❤️ that made my daughters day ! And we will continue coming back thank you for your hard work“

“It’s 85 degrees out, the ice cream and vibes here are immaculate. Best ice cream I’ve ever had, the portions are insaaaane. One of the workers in the back is singing to the music they’re playing and everything is 10/10. It’s my first time here and I will always be a fan!“

Insomnia refunded me, made me a new order and delivered it themselves. They also apologized for what happened despite it being out of their control!
