The whole grilled fish our waitress mentioned rotates depending on what is available fresh and it was cooked to Perfection and probably our favorite thing all weekend. The cocktail menu is unique and everything that we had the opportunity to try was delicious I highly recommend doing the cocktail flight to anybody who doesn't have a favorite spirit. “I drove by this hidden gem weeks ago and finally was able to stop in for lunch today. I gotta say that this is some of the best tasting food I have experienced in Minnesota since returning home. I tried the Picadillo meal which was perfectly seasoned and not over salted like some places do. The rice was a perfect consistency and a freshy made salsa added a little kick to the meal. The customer service was top notch and I will definitely be back to try some of the other menu items. A+++“

I have never had a souffle pancake, but the texture is really nice! Sort of fluffy/chewy at the same time. The blueberries and lemon were a delicious combination.

Very responsive as I texted prior to actually visiting the location to make sure I went to right location. Ordered the shrimp fried rice with 1/2 teaspoon of spice and it was fiya! Right amount of heat, flavor filled and shrimp cooked with the right texture. I ordered the imitation crab wontons, the presentation of these was beautiful. The imitation crab can be a hit or miss for people who like it. Sometimes the warm imitation crab is not as great as the cold imitation crab. I will be brave next time and try the fish meatball wontons. I inquired about the fish and it redfish Bree. Never heard of it so was scared but maybe next time. Definitely will return. Great food. Great service and great atmosphere. ♥️They are really feasible. Appetizer, specialty drink (lemonade with fixings) and entree was about $35 with tip.“

All Vietnamese origin with variations created by chef Eric Pham. We got the roast pork fried rice, hot chili flake chicken wings, hot chucking sandwich, and the Tres Leches cake. All delicious! Chef Pham came over to greet us several times and was very gracious and warm. Much appreciated!“

The entire menu looks so tasty, so I ended up ordering a Wedge Salad, the Five Cheese Macaroni & Cheese to split, and a 60/40 with Truffle Fries. I LOVE Wedge salads, but this one, this one was special - the most delicious wedge salad I’ve ever eaten. The addition of the dill was unexpected but soooo welcome. The macaroni portion, even as split, was so generous and very tasty. The truffle fries were very flavorful, and the burger - I am ashamed to say I can’t attest to it because my eyes were much larger than my stomach & I had to take it to go. The rest of the crew with me all agreed their food was also delicious. If we ever have the fortune to travel back to the area, we agreed we would all come back to Red Cow.
