“It has a great staff and the people were just so welcoming!“
“If you're in Minneapolis visiting or live here, you have to check this place out! It's got great beer, and art; vibrantly decorated and has a 3 on 3 soccer field! It's big enough to gather to watch games on one it's many TV's or meet up for happy hour. Also, check out the Saturday night dance party!!!!“
“A must visit in the north loop! Great beer! Amazing people! The perfect place to visit before a twins game or any day really… Cory, thank you for the hospitality. I look forward to coming back soon!“
“Forgotten Star has a great and historic location in Fridley, Minnesota. The staff is stellar and the beer is good. Forgotten Star is a shining example of what craft beer is. Great space, great people, great beer. They are part of the lifeblood of the community. There is always plenty going on. Whether that is a kid's story time, curling or disc golf leagues. Sign up for a Mug Club membership. Enjoy a treat from the Hodegpodge food truck. When you have the chance, check out Forgotten Star.“

“Lovely atmosphere with great staff and fabulous cider! Watching the younger generation curling was so fun!“
“My boyfriend and I are very frequent brewery-goers and we have somehow turned into semi-beer-snobs so we tend to ask questions. Our dog also has grown to expect treats every time we go to a brewery. Kai gave us in-depth detail about every beer we asked about, his personal recommendations, gave us samples, gave our dog some treats, and completely made our experience here. We love our beers, our dog loves her treats, and we are all leaving home over the moon!“
“We hosted a fundraiser event in Bay 10 with a silent auction. The staff at Utepils was super helpful and accommodating. Our bartender, Taylor, was awesome. We enjoyed the space, and the beer. It worked well for our event and we hope to be back next year! The owners even stopped by to check on us, which was very thoughtful! Thanks Utepils for all you did to help make our event a success!!“
“They have some of the most unique brews I've had in a while, like a nitro IPA, and an aquavit barrel-aged IPA. My favorite of the bunch though was their TOKKI, a Korean rice lager. The bartender was also very friendly, and their space has big garage-doors that were open, so there was tons of natural light and cross-breeze.“
“I enjoyed the drinks and games. Staff was awesome, Adrian was very helpful.“
“Would not work with this venue again, as they do not operate in good faith with their artists. They intentionally lied and misled a group of full-time working artists, and will probably continue to do so moving forward, as venues like this tend to fall into habit of mistreating acts Disappointing to say the least, I would not support live entertainment here. I can guarantee you the money is not going and the hands of the performers or producers putting on the events, as it should. If you are a performer or producer yourself, please look elsewhere, there are many other fantastic venues in the nearby neighborhoods that are worth supporting and working with.“
“Welcome to the neighborhood Nine Mile!! First timer…loved the beer, pretzels, popcorn. Very knowledgeable staff. Patio was being constructed when we were there, looks awesome. One suggestion, please consider changing the uncomfortable chairs (tables of two) by the windows looking over the patio. Fortunately, we were able to find bar chairs to move to where we met other customers who moved for the same reason. We’ll be back to enjoy the patio! Cheers!“
“Such a comfortable place for a brew or two.“
“Absolutely wonderful! Staff is fun, friendly, and personable. We recently co-hosted an event at Inbound and everything was flawless! Great communication and a huge following that really helped promote the event. The drinks are delicious and even the clientele is great! We can't wait to be back!“
“Beer is great here (i barely booze these days but sampling is still a thing). Im a beer snob and this is one of the few brew pubs that consistently delivers high quality beer. Love the layout, open air feel and lots of tables, kid friendly- very much neighborhood vibes. Loads of bikers stop here- i mean a lot a lot. Like the tour de france except every day. Bikers are a weird lot (sorry to say that you spandex wearing clip clopping state of the art helmet wearing crazies). I guess riding makes more sense when there is beer involved (like most activities). Ha!“
“Large space. Limited brews, more food than brews which was interesting. The brown ale was great though!!“
“Uhhh this is my favorite brewery EVER. Hands down. They really know how to make beer. Always a ton of options to choose from no matter the season. There is always going to be a beer for somebody's palette. I am OBSESSED with their milkshake IPAs and milkshake sours. In fact, I love their sours in general. I typically don't like other place's sours, but LTD's are legit.“
“Really great Beer. Party Forward IPA was fantastic.“
“This was our first time here and we had such a great time. So many beverage options and a fun, relaxed place to be. We will be back very soon!“
“it was our first time there on Saturday friendly bartenders and staff we will for sure be back most definitely had a fun time!“

“One of the best breweries in town.“
“Joined for dog yoga and simply love the vibe, the German name theme and all the diverse community events! Kudos for having a Big Lebowski themed bash!!“
“My dad and I - both huge craft beer fans- stumbled across this absolute gem last night. Neither of us live in the area (I’m in S Mpls and he’s in the south suburbs), but we were in Plymouth looking for a brewery and this one sounded unique. I’m going to try to make this succinct, but so much was perfection, so here’s a list of PROS:
-Friendly and extremely knowledgable staff. My dad asks lots of questions, and the kind beertender had good answers about how the brews were made, hops used, “this is a little different than other brews in this style, what’s different?”, etc. He even came out from behind the bar to chat with us, which I don’t see at any other tap rooms.
-HUGE variety of brews, and nearly all were fabulous in my opinion.
-Completely unique vibe, which was refreshing for me coming from Minneapolis, where it’s easier to find a brewery thats just like all the other breweries than it is to find someone who’s doing something truly unique.
-Related to the above: chairs were actually comfortable and not those crappy metal chairs every single brewery has.
-Dad loved the library. Between the excellent selection of books and beers, I think he was ready to move in.
-Variety of upcoming events, including the classic trivia, a maker’s market, and TRICYCLE JOUSTING coming up on 6/1.
-Appears they have a patio as well, it was raining when we visited.
-Head brewer is a woman, which is less common than one might hope in 2025, but here we are. She’s so talented, and I’m a fan without even having met you, Lori!
Cons:
-No in-house food, which some may prefer. I didn’t mind ordering in from Davanni’s, who gave us a discount for ordering from the brewery. Perhaps they have food trucks sometimes, I’ll keep an eye out for that when I return. They do have snacks like pretzels and chips.
-This place is not in my back yard, which is only a con for me personally; hopefully they’re closer to you, dear reader.
Overall, well worth a return trip to see what’s on tap and sit a spell in a friendly, welcoming, unique environment.“
“We hosted our wedding reception in the Barrel Room and it was the best experience! We originally fell in love with the natural charm this room had, so we didn't need to provide much more for decoration (and the pinball was a hit!). All the staff were super helpful with technical issues, ensuring we had adequate tables, and quick with drink orders. I would definitely choose to host another party here, and I keep reliving our reception night like it was yesterday. Nothing but the best praise for the staff as they were open for regular business during our rental time. You all were amazing and we appreciate everything you did for us! We'll be back very soon!“
“Boom Island Brewing and The Tile Shop Thanks for a great Party. What a great Brewery and they know how to host a Party! 💯“
“super fun comedy show & great beer!“
“Loved this brewery. I have been coming here since the 612 Brewing open their doors and now to Padraigs Brewing for the first time. Although not a beer brewing professional but a beer connoisseur, I really enjoyed the different Irish beers. Please go and support Padraigs Brewing and their excellent beer and ambience.“
“Why even advertise Rush Hour? Tried it twice. First time … No Rush beer, no merch, lame. Bartenders were nice and gave us a discount. Second time … At least there was Rush beer on tap this time. The staff couldn’t be bothered to play more than three Rush songs and the merch giveaway was expired jars of Rush mustard. Lame. Maybe a handful of people were there for it both times. What’s the point?“

“LynLake Brewery is a fantastic place to go with friends to relax and hang out and they have a very chillaxed vibe. The place is cozy and has an abundance of games you and your friends can play.
The food is also amazing the foods I got to try were-
Lake view burger- had a very good taste! Cheese curd are very good, very close to fair cheese curds. Also the sauce that comes with it pairs nicely. Very good portion of cheese curds for a small as well.
Firebird- Note if you can’t handle spice don’t get it. It has a very good tasting flavor though!
Chicken tacos- had a good flavors little kick. I think sour cream on the side would pair nicely just to mild the spice out a little for some!“
“Been visiting for years! Bald Man always has something on tap that you're sure to love. Always have something new to try as well. Large patio, large seating area, private booking area. I've seen jugglers, bands, comedians, many food trucks, Vikings games, and other events here. Lots to offer! Come check them out, you'll be back again, guaranteed.“
“Settled in the center of a U shape configuration, Wild Minds created a beautiful family and dog friendly outdoor patio. Order a cold coffee, read a book and stay for one of their many tasty beers and THC drinks. Food trucks change regularly to mix up your tastebuds.“

“Some great beers to choose from.“
“The pizza and salad were great but we didn't get what we ordered. We ordered a Walter White pizza and got What's the Damage. We ordered a Greek salad and got a Caesar salad. The dark lager was great. 5 stars if the order had been correct.“
“Good beer and vibes all day, any day“
“What a great brewery located in the heart of Birdtown. Great bingo, meat raffle and an annual summer party with great give aways! The patio has live music in the summer. Winter time music moves inside.“

“Gone to this place many times and finally decided it's time to review it. I've had the sliders and the hot dogs that are served many different ways. They're all very good but I what I really love is the fish fry on Friday. Fantastic! They also have the best cheese curds around. And something you usually don't rave about but they're coleslaw is excellent. Even one of the other customers said the same thing to the waitress.“

“We went to Steel Toe for the first time today. We enjoyed the best of Minneapolis summer entertainment. They have a nice outdoor area with a food truck for your tummy. We played a trivia game and saw others playing cribbage. It was quiet and lots of actual chatting and interacting that doesn't happen when music or TV is overbearing.“
