“There was one single angel of worker running the whole store. He was stressed out from the previous customer of who he had to kick out as they shouted and cussed. Once he got to us he apologized on behalf of the other person. He handle the entire situation very well and was kind to us. I would give 6 stars for service if I could. I’m definitely going back.“

“The service is horrible. Waited 20mins before getting someone to take just our drink order and it was the bartender from inside not even our server that noticed we were still sitting there with nothing. Then barley good service once our waiter did finally come. We all could have had another drink but never could since we werent asked till after we were done with food. Food was actually really good and good portions for the price. But the service ruined it. I can't recommend this place and don't know if we will back. Plenty of other places with good food that actually have good service.“

“This place is amazing. The food is delicious. We usually get a plate, which is 2 or 3 meals worth of food. The koftas, chicken, and lamb gyro meat is all perfect. The rice is so flavorful. Staff is always very nice. Service is accurate and fast. We have visited many times before and will continue to go!“

“Great first experience!! Ron let me sample sauces, loved ALL of them. He even brought me a boneless chicken wing sample with sweet honey sauce and it was incredible. I went with classic medium buffalo and it was wonderful but I look forward to trying them all in the next couple months. Thai Chili & Mango Habanero were 🔥. Combo came with fries, 5 wings, dipping sauce and a soda all around $12, which I thought was pretty reasonable especially the quality & size of bone-in wings and fresh cut fries! Will be back.“

“We only ordered the 10 piece wings and fries with mild sauce and they were delicious! The closest to the taste of Chicago wings in the Minneapolis area we’ve tried. Crispy and fried to perfection. I only ranked 3 stars for atmosphere due to the storefront looking boarded up and having the large sign of the old business. We drove past it a couple times until we noticed the tiny sign in the window of the new restaurant. 4 stars for service because the listed phone number on google is out of service. There is no way to preorder and the wait is usually 20 minutes or more. With the parking being difficult to manage, you would think they would welcome pickup orders. The lady who takes the orders inside is always polite, patient and friendly.“

“Great pizza! The toppings tasted fresh, and the cook time wasn’t long at all. I also really liked that the wings weren’t soaking in buffalo sauce—they had just the right amount.

The only thing I didn’t like was the location—right on one of the busiest streets in South Minneapolis. But I guess that’s the price you pay for some of the best pizza!!!“

“UPDATE: Red's Savoy responded with an explanation and an offer for a free pizza. They also reminded me I had $10 on my account that I could put towards a new order of wings as well. Ordered again the other day and paid nearly nothing, with the exception of the tip. Delicious as always and thanks for the great customer service!

Ordered a large pizza last weekend in order to utilize my free wings offer. Pizza is a little spendy ($28.50 for Savoy's Special) but figured it was worth it for the awesome free wings that would go along with good pizza. Gave a $10 tip. Five days later I saw a $47.54 charge on my bank transactions. Called to see if they processed it correctly and was then told about a $5 delivery fee, a $1.90 credit card fee and then tax. Had I known this I would have not ordered delivery and/or given a smaller tip (delivery fee goes to the driver). Also, would have paid cash. If we order again we will pick it up but rather disappointed with this incident. :(“

“This Wingstop was seriously incredible! The wings were fresh, hot, crispy, and packed with flavor. Everything was cooked perfectly, and the seasoning/sauce was on point. The fries were also amazing — crispy, well-seasoned, and honestly some of the best Wingstop fries I’ve had.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. You can tell they actually care about the food and the customers. My order came out fresh and everything tasted great.

“Man, oh man, oh man! 😂🔥 THIS is the Wingstop to go to! I believe her name was Keisha, and she made my food SO GOOD. Everything was hot, delicious, saucy, and made exactly the way Wingstop is supposed to be!
I also came here earlier this week and had someone else help me, and they did a fabulous job too. So clearly this location knows what they're doing! 👏🏽 This is honestly one of the best Wingstops I've been to so far. Great food and great service. I would definitely recommend this location. They even have seating here which is amazing. All the employees have great attitude.

“Ordered food for delivery, didn't realize I was placing my order basically at EOD - Despite this the staff delivered a great dinner. They were out of the Brownie I had originally ordered online, they but instead offered/gave me an upgrade on my fries for my meals and some extra dip cups since they had run out, despite it being end of the night.

Great customer service, and staff, and classic wing stop fast casual quality.“
