“I have went to this place twice and already a favorite. The service is great. You are able to try two flavors I tried the mango strawberry sorbet the first time I went and that was the one . Absolutely loved it . The second time I went which was yesterday I had the ube vanilla and it was also great. You have the choice between a waffle cone or three different size cups which was nice.
I always do a cone. The seating area instead and out is beautiful. The outside though looks like a fairy house lol . Very whimsical. Overall this is a great stop in south Minneapolis. I’m sure I’ll be back soon.“

“The caramel salted crack was amazing they make everything in house including the saltines covered and chocolate and caramel that were mixed into the delectable ice cream. I also tried the Pandan a unique flavor that is plant-based green and color and delicious and taste. I got 4 different flavors but want to go back to try them all! Was able to chat with the owner what a fantastic ice cream magician.“

“Dream burger double smash. Great tasting skirt. Great smash sear. The dream sauce was delicious. I could dip anything in that sauce. Pickles were great and not overpowering. The bun was buttery and held up nice. Dreams fried chicken sandwich with hot honey was off the charts. great flakey crust and buttermilk chicken was juicy! Devoured in seconds.  strawberry 🍓 shake and a chocolate malt hit the spot on this 90 degree + day.“

Short review- The staff are always friendly. All 9 flavors I’ve had so far have been delicious and I can’t wait to keep bringing friends to try Snowbing for their first time!
FYI: If you get Snowbing and Cruncheese at the same time you’ll need to pay from two separate registers. They’re right next to each other, so it’s no hassle!

TLDR-
I was so excited for Minnesota’s one and only Korean bingsu place to open! For those who don’t know, bingsu (빙수) is a milk based shaved ice dessert. Many people might have ice shavers to make their own, but it hits different when it’s made with the milk base.
Even though I live about 30 minutes away I’ve been almost 10 times. Snowbing has 10 flavors: Traditional Red Bean, injeolmi, strawberry, green tea red bean, chocolate, oreo, mango, watermelon, yogurt berry, and strawberry cheesecake. Checkout the photos included!

Flavors: The last time I went I finally tried the chocolate one, which I had been holding out on because I was worried it’d be overpoweringly sweet. It wasn’t! I would order it again in a heartbeat. I’ve gone with friends who’ve been worried about trying the yogurt berry because they didn’t want more dairy with the yogurt, but the yogurt is (in my opinion) mainly just drizzled on top for looks. We didn’t think it was too yogurty and really loved this bingsu because of the 3 fruits in it. I have yet to try the strawberry cheesecake before I’ve had them all, but can’t wait to check it off my list.

Pro tip: Eat the bingsu first, theeen get your cruncheese. If you eat the cruncheese first, there won’t be enough space for you to enjoy the bingsu! When I went my first time I was with 3 other friends. We got our own cruncheese then shared 2 different bingsus. I can eat my own bingsu bowl by myself as long as I eat that before any other food.

“I believe this is new i MOA. The waiting time was pretty normal. 10 to 15 min. Not much variety of flavors but they are super yummy. It needs more chairs though for those than don't want to walk and eat. Overall a nice snack, cold or hot if you like waffles and ice-cream.“

“Lost my comment. Try again. On May 19th a group of family members went to the Bloomington Culvers. We were celebrating my grandsons grade school concert. I was unable to go up front to order and my son asked if someone could help me. Jose (spelling) I believe was the night manager. He came back to my table and took my order. He was so gracious and kind. I so appreciated his help. I didn't have the right walker and it would have been difficult without help to go up front. I can't thank him enough. It is so nice to go to a restaurant and know everyone is so friendly and willing to make your experience a good one. Thank you Don and Misty for such a wonderful crew. “We were on a quest to find a new ice cream place and stumbled upon Treats via Google. I am so happy we found it! Best ice cream ever! Who would have thought mixing cereal with ice cream could be so amazing!?? Definitely coming back again and again :)“

“Phish Food: This flavor was born in 1997 and is named after a Vermont improvisational rock group. A portion of the royalties from the flavor goes toward environmental efforts in Vermont’s Lake Champlain Watershed, which is great since our current government leadership doesn't seem to care about the environment. The pint’s description is chocolate ice cream with gooey marshmallow swirls, caramel swirls, and fudge fish. When I first began digging through my pint I did not see much of the marshmallow swirls. After mining my way through the frozen treat, I finally found a fair amount. The chocolate ice cream is rich and is complemented nicely by a school of fudgy fish that have a flavor edging closer to dark chocolate. Chocolate lovers should be happily satisfied with this one. It’s almost like a double chocolate fudge ice cream because there’s so much chocolate ice cream & fudge fish as compared to the marshmallow and caramel. Speaking of caramel, the caramel swirls do take the flavor up a notch, but they could be more abundant. Caramel is one of my favorite flavors and the combination with the chocolate and fudge reminds me of a frozen candy bar. The marshmallow swirl has a sweet/cream-like flavor. It is not simply marshmallow flavored ice cream, but texturally it is something resembling actual marshmallows, like fluff, and I love it! I wish there was more caramel & marshmallow, but overall I’m impressed. Doughboy approved 😋

“Had a peanut buster parfait. They've got more expensive, just like everything else in the US... almost 7 dollars for one now. But the taste is just like I expected. Delicious vanilla ice cream, warm fudge, and the contrast of the crunchy peanuts. Yum. These are a great treat for kids and adults alike. ??“
