“Follow up on my original review...we order at least once per month from this location Id say. Today (12/5/25) we did a pickup order and I love pickles...THANK YOU for adding SO MANY pickles, huge shootout to whoever made this one today!
Phenomenal experience Sunday Feb 23rd just before noon. Happy faces greeted and asked how my day was going, jumped on my sandwiches right away and loaded up the toppings to perfection. So glad there's a Stillwater location!“

“I highly recommend this Subway. The building looked sophisticated and well maintained. The staff seemed highly knowledgeable and had a noticeable dedication to satisfy every customer. My food was pretty good, although it could have been toasted a little longer. There was not a ton of seating, but there was a decent amount. Overall, this Subway surpasses my expectations and I am throughly pleased with my experience!“

“When I walked in I had no clue where to go but once I figured that out, the rest was easy. The employees are super nice and answered all the questions I had. I've never had this food before, but I loved it, it tasted so good and it was super fun and easy to watch them make it. Highly recommend. I will be back!“

“The two young men who were working there a few weeks back were fantastic. They were absolutely awesome! Super polite, funny, and energetic about their job. I felt bad that I didn't have a 5 spot to tip them. It was so refreshing to see, especially in a world where customer service seems non-existent. You guys are awesome man.“

“There's a lot of choices with Subs I find Quiznos quality to be amazing they're always fresh delicious and well made a little on the pricey side but better than the other sub joints and the managers always trying to do his best to give you a good customer service“

“Please GM see this and reward employee. I'm leaving a review because they have an oustanding staff named Kong who works here. I hardly eat out, but I came in one day and he was the only employee and the place was exceptionally clean, and when he made my sandwhich it was with LOVE. So orderly, put together well, and 100% accommodated to what I wanted. He was really easy to talk with and made it a genuinely pleasant interaction. You can tell this staff named KONG is 100% integral and in his words "it has to be the quality i would serve myself and family." I came back the next day and he made me a good sandwhich again. I think it's important to acknowledging nice and hard working. The survey on yhe receipt didn't work for me. So here's what I would have shared instead.“

“The staff has improved, the food is always good, its a sandwich. The price.. if this hasn't been said enough by everyone who buys anything these days. Prices are too high, but I can live with it. My issue is the tipping question, I just spent $24 on 2 turkey sandwichs, with only mayo. Now the machine is going to make me feel almost obligated, or I'm the jerk if I don't tip 20%. You want your employees tipped, leave the jar out that was good enough. Don't make me say no, as the employee stares at me. And I know they are in the food industry they can get tips, I'm sure slicing open a sub, asking me 2 questions qualifies you to get tipped in today's world. Regardless do the customer a favor, since we are spending $50 for a meal, get rid of the tip feature on the machine. Love the store doing a great job, Boston is very friendly love it.“

“The manager of the Oak Park Heights Jimmy John’s, and the drivers working there, were lifesavers for me on my wedding day yesterday! I had to get food FAST to feed my family and friends while they were helping to set up the tables and decorations for the reception, and these guys were willing to be flexible with their delivery zone and bring a platter out to help all of my hungry friends and relatives get through the day. Totally saved me from that last stressful moment before the wedding started. Thanks again for helping make my day perfect!“
“The quality of your food is fine. I just ask you focus on being less freaky fast and more accurate. Over the past few months we have ordered six times approximately for delivery. Five of those orders have resulted in the customized sandwich being wrong, the chips not being delivered or the pickles not being delivered. Once or twice I get it, mistakes happen, but this is becoming a consistent pattern. Please take the time and refocus on getting it right over getting it fast. Thank you.“

“Gabbi helped me and 5 others single handedy today. There was help in the back but even asking for help and it wasn't completely there Gabbi ran through those sandwiches without a flinch or complaint. Give that girl a raise, promotion or both“
