“We visited this charming (looked like family owned) ice cream shop for the first time, and it was well worth the 25-minute drive! We came across it on fb and just had to try them out. They have so many flavors to choose from. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The outdoor play area for kids and comfortable outdoor seating were perfect for a relaxed family outing. “We are frequent customers of Nelson’s storefront in St Paul (Highland Park) and we decided to have them cater dessert at our wedding. It was a big hit with our guests! I come here for weeks now and I know how much for the small and it’s 4.69. and not 5.15. Any ways update: 4-22-2025 around 2pm went to this location and told them about this small incident and younger lady cashier she apologized and So I bought a medium sized Oreo blizzard and got a upgraded to large to balanced it off. “Classic diner comfort with a modern update on the menu. Lots of great cocktail and beer options, but not so many that it’s not kid friendly. Have been here twice now, and both times food and service has been excellent.“

The huge variety of flavors means you can try something new every time you visit, whether you want to completely change up from cone to malt to shake, add some brownies or sprinkles or bananes, or maybe you just want to play it safe and stick with your tried and true favorite flavor. My partner and I love to stop by Sprinkles for a tasty frozen treat any time, especially in the hot summer evenings.

My heart sank bc that day everything was going wrong with all the door dash orders I had. Long story but props to that guy for accommodating to the order and he offered me a small ice cream dish.
