“Ordered at another nearby restaurant on Uber eats for delivery and waited almost two hours, only to find out they were closed and never communicated anything to me or Uber Eats leaving me foodless, decided to order directly from the narrows instead and just go pick it up myself (on superbowl Sunday Evening mind you)

I kid you not they had it ready in probably less than 15 minutes. A previous time that I ordered from here for pick up, it was also ready very quickly as well! As a local I will prioritize getting a burger and fries here when I’m in the mood rather than a certain other restaurant on highway 7 ;)“

This organization did not honor the rules that they have in place. They honored a bingo from the number before. The caller even called the gambling manager who gave the ok to pay the winner who did NOT have the bingo on the last number. It's a shame that this organization doesn't follow the their own bingo rules and I won't recommend or be back be back until things change“

“The point of this place is to get drunk and socialize, and you can absolutely accomplish that here. They've ruined the atmosphere with the stage they added a few years back for bands. I know the intention was good, but bands could fit a smaller footprint without the stage, and it's a single room that absolutely does not need elevation. We played there for years, and having room for people to dance made the experience wonderful. Those days are gone.“

I tipped him $30 and then the manager yelled at me for shorting the tab. $50 in cash had gone missing from the table as the Excelsior Man giggled at me. I tipped him $30 more and left. Don't go to Moe's Char House!“

“Found this place while oh holidays. It is fantastic, the food is beautiful and the servers are so friendly. There is something for all the family. My kids loved playing in the arcade and my husband was in his element with all the sport. I loved the cocktails. Being from Ireland it was lovely to meet a fellow Irish man Darren, I think his name was. We had a fantastic time and will be back on our next trip.“

“I have been to Pub 42 many times either by myself or with a party up adds of 6 people. The atmosphere is inviting and friendly. We have had the pleasure of having Riley and Iza as our servers on many occasions and I can’t stress how kind and accommodating both of them are, I have celiac disease and they are knowledgeable about the ingredients and the process of the food so that I am safe when eating there. Including the double checking and making sure that my food is gluten free, and with very limited chance of cross contamination. Both do a great job of making sure the food is good and arrives at an appropriate time, while being friendly and kind and connecting with us as patrons. I would recommend pub 42 to anyone and everyone and tell them to request being seated in either Riley or Iza’s section to guarantee them the best of service available.“

“Totally chill spot definitely for the older crowd A lot of people knew each other bar staff was very nice and people at the bar were very welcoming and allowed me to sit in between them and didn't make me feel awkward so it was pretty cool experience I've heard that they have a comedy store here as well as live entertainment on Tuesdays so check it out pretty bomb“

“We had a dinner party for 33 people in this wonderful place on Saturday night celebrating the marriage of my son and his new bride. The manager Stephanie was so wonderful to work with knowing we would be taking up almost half the restaurant. I highly recommend this place.“

“My mom and I stopped in for lunch and we were greeted immediately and chose a table to sit at. I chose their spiciest burger (the name escapes me) and my mom chose the pepperoni pizza. Both were delicious, but if you don't like things too spicy, ask them to put the spicy sauce on the side for your burger. It was a lot of heat, but still so good! Atmosphere was calm and relatively quiet as there were only a few customers at the bar and surrounding tables during our visit. Our server was also bartending, and he was very attentive. I'd definitely stop back in whenever I happen to be on that side of the cities!“

“If you have never been to Lord Fletchers on a winter's night please go soon. The atmosphere in the main dining room is charming, cozy, romantic and lovely. So much beautiful wood and the wall lanterns are placed at just the right height to give thst special warm glow that is neither too dark or bright - just right.
Food menu is varied with Prime Rib on Friday and Saturday nights. They will deliver your cut of meat exactly how you want it. Don't forget to order the special stuffed hash browns for your table guests, so delicious. Plus they have children's offerings and crayons to color the paper sheets. Fancy burgers, walleye, pasta, salads and other enticing entrees.
Service is exceptional and views of the lake are wonderful. Prices are in keeping with mid-high restaurants around $26-36 per person. Too full to order dessert this time. Will have to return.“

“This is a happen place. I love eating here. I gave food a lower value this time because the lunch menu is not all that great. We all had that same burger and collectively we came up with same options. More than likely I won't be back for lunch menu. The atmosphere was very loud. I was sitting up by the kitchen which could have been the problem. The service is great. I will be back, but like I said, it will only be for dinner.“

I understand the comments about the guy at the desk, but don’t let that stop you; it’s such a quick interaction. The food was delicious, the drinks were reasonably priced, and I enjoyed the experience. The 21 year olds were full and happy when we left. I would go back for a similar offering in the future.“

“I can’t say enough positive things about the catering at the Maple Grove location. I had ordered sloppy joes for my Labor Day weekend camping trip. When I went to cook the meat, I discovered that they had given me taco meat instead. Which was, of course, disappointing. I called them the next day to let them know, and they couldn’t have been more apologetic and accommodating. No excuses were made. They just asked how they can make it right. I told the catering manager that all I really wanted were the sloppy joes and he insisted that he provide a side of my choice;anything I wanted. They made it all available for me the very next day and added mac and cheese to my order. When I arrived, the manager greeted me and asked me if there was anything else I might need. Customer service!! That is so rare these days and goes a long way!! I will continue to go to Hy-Vee because of the way I was treated! And all of the food was delicious!! Highly recommend!“
