“I have been wanting to go here for years ever since Mendoberri closed. We came here for a work holiday party for about 20 people. Food was delicious and unique (and lots of vegetarian options), cozy vibe, wonderful drinks & great service! I plan on coming back soon and would highly recommend!p“

“There's a handful of employees I'd like to give a shout out from this applebees, they're better than any other applebees I've ever been too. They are miguel, gabby, dakota, blake, amber and dakotas little brother. They're all very personable and makes sure that if I need anything right away they got it 👍🏻 I figure that the rest of the staff there are like that too but I just have had really good experiences with the ones I mentioned, as I'm somewhat of a regular at that place now. Keep up the good work!“

“We were here for dinner over the weekend and everything about this place was phenomenal we tried multiple things off of the to share or not portion of the menu and loved every bit of it. The whole grilled fish our waitress mentioned rotates depending on what is available fresh and it was cooked to Perfection and probably our favorite thing all weekend. The cocktail menu is unique and everything that we had the opportunity to try was delicious I highly recommend doing the cocktail flight to anybody who doesn't have a favorite spirit. Staff was incredibly friendly and knew what they were talking about if you had questions. To those looking at going here reservations are a must!!!! Great atmosphere as well“

“Amazing! We stopped here for our first time for pre-event drinks with our friends. We anticipated having one cocktail and being on our way, but were instead treated to something more akin to an experience! The GM greeted us and took our order and made sure we got to try more than just our drinks. A whole story about finding someone to re-tie my husband’s bow tie turned into a hilarious challenge for most of the staff. Even to the point that the assistant GM was going to drive to Von Maur while we finished our drinks (we declined..but wow). What kind of place does this!? Our cocktails were amazing, the charcuterie plate was delicious (the jam, honey, and cheese…just wow). But most of all, the staff made everything so memorable. We’ve never experienced anything like this! We will be back soon for a full dinner. Thank you for making our night so enjoyable!“

Imagine a beautiful brass Espresso machine sitting behind the bar! Anyone who remembers the old Williams Cafe in Uptown knows what I am talking about. I can't think of another restaurant in their price range that does NOT offer Espresso in the Mpls-St. Paul area.“

The Howe has a patio out front a large porch with TVs and fireplace that is dog friendly, and comfortable tables and high tops inside. Great cocktails, great beer menu and high quality food.“

Only complaint would be it very dim lit! The atmosphere is nice just got the lights down a bit to much it was hard to see any distance when looking around. Dry rub wings were lacking in flavor, needed a lot more seasoning. My friend got the Buffalo wings and loved the sauce on those. No home made ranch which is disappointing. Cheese curds are a small portion and are just frozen not hand breaded. Drinks are pretty spendy if you are not there for happy hour. Great spot before a wild game or other Xcel events but parking isn’t ideal and food isn’t good enough to seek out any other night. Place was dead on a Friday night.“

Stopped in here and was AMAZED to see they offer 34+ beers and a menu with a large variety of dishes. (( The walleye sandwich and wild rice soup were 10/10 👌🏻)). Mara is THE BEST WAITRESS in the Twin Cities and makes for such a great time. Can’t wait to come back to MNPLS again and make this a staple.“

Please note: On top of regular menu prices, they charge you an extra fee for packaging takeout even though Dining in requires dishes and waitress service... And maybe even to-go boxes. The takeout meal was over $40 for 2 people with no beverages.“

“I just came here to say these were the best bang bang skrimp wraps I've ever had. crunch, on point! sauce, on point! even the slaw which I'm usually not a huge fan of by itself, on point! perfect portion, cherry coke on tap was great too! My friend had the nachos and they were huge, although they were served in a large bowl, I would find it easier for cheese distribution if served on a platter of some sort but that's about it, still recommending!“

“I was staying in the University of Minnesota and this place was a life saver when I did not want to eat in the dining hall. Their falafel sandwich was genuinely some of the best falafel I have ever had and their fries were undoubtedly the best fries I have ever had. The service was super quick and we got our food in under 10 minutes consistently. The staff was super friendly and the restaurant had a great atmosphere to it. Would strongly recommend if you are in the area!“

“This place is great! I had the 3 piece chicken and it was delicious! The chicken breading wasn't over cooked and had a perfect crunch and seasoning to it. The staff is very friendly as well. There are plenty of tables for seating and they place nice calm music. I will definitely be back soon .“
